Welcome to this guided meditation for the full moon in Libra,
A meditation for release,
Clarity and relationship healing.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Let your body settle into the ground beneath it.
Allow your hands to rest somewhere softly at your sides.
And gently close your eyes if that feels good for you.
Take a slow breath in through the nose,
And exhale completely through the mouth.
And again,
Inhale slowly and deeply,
And exhale completely.
Take a final deep breath in through your nose,
Pause at the top,
And completely let it go,
Arriving fully in this moment.
Tonight we gather under the light of the full moon in Libra,
A moon of reflection,
A moon of relationships,
A moon that illuminates what is ready to be seen,
Felt,
Released and rebalanced.
This is a space of honesty,
A space of softness,
A space where you do not have to force clarity.
You only need to become willing to receive it.
Begin by noticing your body.
Notice where you're holding tension.
Notice your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your chest and belly,
Your hips.
With each exhale,
Invite yourself to soften just a little more.
You are safe in this moment.
You are supported by your breath.
You are held by the wisdom of your inner knowing.
Imagine now that you are standing beneath a luminous full moon.
Its bright golden light is soft,
Radiant and clear.
It pours over you.
The moonlight moves over your face,
Your throat,
Your heart.
It gently illuminates your inner landscape.
It shows you what is true,
Not to overwhelm you,
But to help you come back into balance.
Take a breath here.
And under this Libra moon,
Bring your awareness to your relationships.
Not all at once.
Just allow one relationship to rise first.
The one that feels most present,
Most charged,
Most tender,
Or most in need of healing.
Notice who appears without judgment and without force.
As you hold this relationship in your awareness,
Simply ask,
What is this connection showing me right now?
What truth has been waiting for my attention?
Where has balance been lost?
Where have I abandoned myself to keep the peace?
Pause,
Breathe,
And simply listen.
Where am I being asked to soften?
And where am I being asked to set a boundary?
Let whatever arises be enough.
You do not need to analyze it.
You do not need to fix it all tonight.
You are simply allowing truth to come into the light.
Now imagine this relationship standing in front of you,
Surrounded by the glow of the moon.
See yourself and see the other person held in this sacred light.
You may notice emotion rising,
Sadness,
Anger,
Tenderness,
Grief,
Confusion,
Love,
Relief.
Whatever is here,
Let it be here.
Take a slow breath in,
And exhale.
The full moon is a time of culmination,
A time of release,
A time to set down what is too heavy to keep carrying.
So now,
Quietly within yourself,
Repeat,
I release the need to force what is not flowing.
I release the need to shrink myself to be loved.
I release confusion,
Resentment,
And emotional heaviness.
I release the stories that keep me trapped in old pain.
I release the patterns that keep balance from entering my relationships.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
Imagine a soft light glowing there,
Gentle,
Warm,
And steady.
This light is your truth,
Your wisdom,
Your capacity to love without abandoning yourself,
Your ability to choose peace without betraying what is real.
Let that light grow brighter within.
And now repeat,
I call my energy back to myself.
I honor my health.
I honor my heart.
I honor my needs.
I honor the truth that sets me free.
I am available for healthy,
Honest,
Reciprocal relationships.
I welcome balance.
I welcome clarity.
I welcome peace rooted in truth.
Take a few slow,
Easy breaths here.
If there is someone that you are ready to forgive,
Bring them into your awareness now.
And if that person is you,
Let it be you.
Forgiveness is not forgetting.
It is not excusing harm.
It is not bypassing pain.
Forgiveness is releasing the hold the wound has on your heart.
So repeat softly,
I forgive what I am ready to release.
I let go of what no longer belongs in my body.
I choose freedom over bitterness.
I choose wisdom over repeating the past.
I choose to move forward lighter.
Take another deep breath in and exhale completely.
Now imagine the moon above you becoming even brighter.
It's light pours through your crown and down through your entire body.
Through your mind,
Through your throat,
Through your heart,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Down to the soles of your feet.
Any heaviness that is ready to leave begins draining downward into the earth,
Where it can be composted,
Transformed,
And returned as wisdom.
You do not have to carry it anymore.
You are allowed to be clear.
You are allowed to choose yourself.
You are allowed to want relationships that feel safe,
Mutual,
Honest,
And deeply aligned.
Rest here for a few breaths in silence.
And as we close out this meditation,
Place one hand over your heart and one over your belly.
Feel the steadiness of your breath.
Feel the truth of your own presence.
Quietly say to yourself,
I trust what is falling away.
I trust the relationships that are meant to deepen.
Take one final deep breath in.
I trust myself to walk away from what is not aligned.
I leave this meditation clearer,
Softer,
And stronger.
Take one final deep breath in,
And exhale completely.
When you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
And slowly open your eyes,
Carrying this moonlight with you.
