Welcome to your guided meditation.
For the blue full moon in Sagittarius.
A second chance to heal.
To forgive.
And to believe in the impossible.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Sitting or lying down.
Somewhere your body can soften and your spirit can fully exhale into this moment.
Soften your gaze or gently close your eyes and take a slow,
Steady breath in through your nose.
And release it fully through your mouth.
And again,
Inhale deeply.
And exhale completely.
One more time.
Breathing in peace.
And exhaling,
Fully letting go of the day and arriving in your space.
Tonight under the glow of this blue full moon.
We're getting a rare and sacred kind of energy.
A blue moon reminds us that some moments do not come around often.
Once in a blue moon,
Life opens a doorway.
A second chance.
A soul deep invitation.
And tonight,
You're invited to believe in the impossible.
To heal something you thought would always hurt.
To forgive someone you thought you never could.
To release a weight you were never meant to carry forever.
Take another deep breath in.
And on your exhale,
Let your body become heavy.
Safe and supported by the Earth beneath you.
Imagine moonlight pouring down from above you.
Soft and gentle.
Yet powerful.
This light washes over the crown of your head your forehead.
Your jaw,
Your throat,
Your shoulders.
Let this moonlight move through your heart.
Reminding you that you do not have to force anything here.
You do not have to pretend.
This is your time.
To simply be.
And breathe.
.
.
Place one hand over your heart.
And quietly ask yourself Who have I been unable to forgive?
Let the answer rise without judgment.
Maybe it's someone from your past.
Someone who broke your trust.
Someone who never apologized.
Maybe it is yourself.
Just notice without judgment.
Without shame.
Breathe into your heart space And remember,
Forgiveness does not mean what happened was okay.
Forgiveness does not mean they were right.
Forgiveness does not mean that you must return,
Reconnect,
Or reopen a door that your soul worked hard to close Forgiveness means you're done letting that pain live rent-free in your body.
It means you are ready to stop drinking the poison and hoping someone else feels it.
Forgiveness means you choose your peace.
With your next inhale,
Imagine the pain you've been carrying gathering in your chest like a heavy stone and as you exhale.
Imagine the moonlight softening it.
Inhale,
Acknowledge the wound.
Exhale.
Soften the grits Inhale,
I honor what I survived.
And exhale,
I release what is no longer mine to carry Now silently or softly repeat after me.
I do not have to hold this pain to prove it mattered.
I do not have to stay wounded to honor what happened.
I am allowed to be free.
Continue to breathe.
And imagine now that this heavy stone begins to loosen.
Little by little.
Dissolving into silver light.
You may not release all of it tonight,
And that is okay.
Healing is not always a lightning bolt.
Sometimes it's a whisper.
Sometimes it is just one honest breath.
Sometimes it is the moment you decide,
I cannot carry this the same way anymore.
And that moment is enough.
Now bring to mind something you once believed was impossible.
A dream.
A healing,
A new version of yourself A life that feels lighter,
Softer,
More aligned.
Maybe part of you still doubts it.
And that is okay.
Under this blue moon,
You do not need perfect faith.
You only need one small spark See this impossible thing as a tiny glowing light in front of you.
Not far away.
Not out of reach.
Just waiting for you to believe a little more.
Breathe in and imagine that light growing brighter.
Breathe out and release the old belief that says I can't.
Breathe in possibility.
Breathe out fear.
Inhale courage.
Exhale,
Letting go of the past.
And now repeat silently or to yourself I am open to miracles and forms I cannot yet imagine.
I am open to healing in places I thought would always hurt.
I am open to becoming someone who no longer lives beneath old pain.
Let those words settle into your bones.
The blue moon does not ask you to become someone new overnight.
It is here to remind you that you are not stuck.
You are not beyond healing.
You are never too late.
And your heart is not too broken to begin again.
Take a slow breath in and imagine the moonlight now surrounding your entire body like a sacred shield.
Soft.
Strong,
Protective,
Loving.
Whisper to yourself.
I forgive for me.
I heal for me.
I believe for me.
And now.
Imagine placing that person that pain.
That old story.
Or that impossible dream.
Into the hands of the moon.
Let the moon hold what is too heavy for you to carry alone.
Let the night take what is ready to leave.
Let your spirit make room for what is ready to arrive Let's take three final breaths.
Inhale,
I am safe to release.
Exhale,
I let go.
Breathing in,
I am worthy of peace Breathing out,
I receive it Inhale,
I believe in the impossible Exhale.
I am open to becoming it.
Begin to feel the surface beneath you again.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes May this blue full moon remind you.
Healing can happen in the places you least expect it.
Forgiveness can become the doorway to freedom.
And once in a blue moon,
The impossible becomes possible.
