You can focus on the color green and see it pour in from the top of your head down into your heart space.

We thank you for this time in which you are honoring yourself by balancing your heart chakra.
This is your divinity,
The I AM unconditional love.
We ask you to close your eyes and feel this space within.
There is a warmth that takes space.
It is gentle and not invasive.
It knows itself.
This is your truth.
This is what you are made of.
In this space,
There is peace and compassion.
It whispers to remind you that you are love.
It is not without,
But within.
This love is healing.
It forgives because it knows it's not broken.
This infinite love,
It is always with you.
Never leaves your side.
You are the love you seek.
Knowing this,
You easily release any resentment or belief that you have about yourself or another.
You have all the love you need within.
You can receive this knowing and forgive yourself for forgetting this simple truth.
You are worthy of forgiveness and you know this.
And you extend this to others as well.
You know this love you have is infinite.
You look all around and recognize the love.
The love that you find when you look outside at the birds being themselves.
The love you witness as a fellow embraces another.
Love is all around you.
When you can recognize it within you,
You will begin to notice it everywhere you go.
Like a magnet,
You attract good,
Loving,
Kind people.
You receive all the love you are ready for.
You make a choice every day to open or close yourself and you choose to open to love because it feels so good.
The joy is bursting from your chest and spreads throughout your body.
This is your power.
For you know real love starts with you.
And as you share and give this love out,
It pours back into you a thousand fold.
You are worthy of this infinite and unending love.
You accept that happiness is your truest nature.
You know everything you do.
You choose to experience from a place of joy.
As you continue to align yourself with this love,
You know you are healing your body.
You are feeling energetic,
In the flow,
And full of vitality.
You trust the unfolding and are so happy to be alive.
You should be very proud.
It's a beautiful gift when you can recognize the perfection that you currently are.
