Ignite Your Vision

In this meditation, we focus on the third eye or brow chakra. This chakra is located between the brows behind the eyes. It's no coincidence this center is aligned with the physical mind. How often are you able to be in harmony with the physical mind and the spiritual mind? Those new creative thoughts that pop in your head out of no where, or that small voice of inspiration-- that is the spiritual intuitive mind. Most rely on the physical mind only, but when we can get both to synch up and work together, it truly can be magical. This ability requires daily practice.

This meditation will help open your mind to possibilities. Imagination is a tool that we under use as we become older, but now I challenge you to allow yourself to dream. Take time breath these affirmation, envision the possibilities. Bring the two forces together to create the world you want to live in.
