Dear one,

We invite you to breathe and let go of the day.

Now without judgment,

Can you check in with yourself?

How did you love on your physical body today?

Please take this moment to thank your heart,

That muscle that chooses to beat and beat without question,

Without remorse,

Without obligation,

The organ that flows the blood throughout your body.

Thank you.

Thank you for supporting.

Thank you for working non-stop in the lungs as they inhale and take in the breath of life and exhales the food that nourishes the plants and the trees.

Thank you for knowing exactly what to do,

How much to take in,

How much to release.

Thank you for the oxygen that flows in and feeds the blood.

And how about the mouth,

The opening that allows food,

Nutrients to come inside us and replenish our body.

Thank you for being able to move and be of service for this system we call the body.

Thank you for the vocal cords that also function to provide words of love and light from my mouth.
