This guided meditation is an invitation to feel safe in your body again. Through gentle body awareness, grounding, breath, and nervous system regulation, this practice helps you slow down, soften tension, reconnect with yourself, and create a sense of inner safety. It is especially supportive if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, emotionally tired, or stuck in survival mode.
