Welcome beautiful soul.
My name is Regina.
And in today's video we are going to talk about our heart.
And the connection.
With our hearts.
Why is it important?
It's a very interesting topic.
For me.
Because Our heart is the center of our body,
Right?
And the emotion that is connected to it.
Is love.
Love is something that everybody needs.
Is aiming for.
To give and to receive back.
So love is actually the center,
Not just of our body.
But our Earth.
The nature.
And of course the universe.
But what is love exactly?
It's a word,
What we.
.
.
Sometimes.
Use.
Because of habit.
Or because how we use our words.
But we really don't think.
The meaning behind it.
Consciously,
Thoughtfully.
What does it mean,
Love?
So I feel it's really important that we get back in line.
I'm gonna lie,
Man.
With the words.
That we are using.
And the words that we are using,
They are coming from the thoughts.
What we are thinking in our head.
And the question is.
.
.
Are we identifying ourselves?
With our thought.
Or we are observing them.
It's important.
To check.
And steam.
This because of course if we are identifying with our thoughts Well,
It can bring out different outcomes maybe that you would like in your daily lives.
Because sometimes it happens.
That we have.
Kind of weird thoughts,
And we are wondering where they are coming from.
If we are observing them.
And sometimes we're just accepting them as facts just because we are feeling them in our heads.
They are like that.
But we don't have to identify with our thoughts.
And with the words,
Therefore.
So just think about it for a moment.
What does love mean?
Is really meaningful for you.
Like just place a hand on your heart.
I would invite you to do so.
And close your eyes for a moment and ask yourself What does love mean?
Means for me.
What does this word mean?
Actually,
Meaning for me.
When did I receive first-time love?
And was the first time you felt loved?
And just sit with the question.
For me.
Love Means connection to my inner self.
And with others,
Of course.
As a ripple effect.
And.
.
.
Love also means for me.
Balance and harmony.
From the inside out.
From this state of connection.
I am able.
To connect with others.
To create.
You know,
To have a better life.
From my heart center.
From this deep feeling of love.
This is love means for me.
What does it mean for you?
You can share it in the comments below.
I really would love to see what love is meaning for you.
And then with that awareness that you have cultivated now.
And observe what is love.
The word of love meaning for you.
Just ask yourself.
If you are aligned.
With your life.
With the people around you.
From this loving energy.
Are you living your life?
Through your heart.
Or through your hand.
All is perfect.
Just observing.
Love is very powerful.
Emotion.
Love is light itself.
What flows through everything,
Every living being and non-living being.
Love is the creator.
And love is just magical.
So next time when you're going to use the word love,
Just stop for a moment.
And really mean your words.
Put a meaning behind them.
And share it in a different way.
Because I can tell you.
I love you.
Or I can connect with my heart.
And I can tell you I love you.
Can you feel the difference?
So the importance to connect with our heart.
Is reeling.
The love behind it.
And the love that we share.
And the love that it ripples out.
Through our through our friends and family and out to the world.
Through everyone else.
And that is just so magical.
When we can live in alignment with our heart.
And make action.
From our heart center.
So we can create a better life and then of course a better world around us.
It is all start.
Very nice.
And within our heart.
That's why it's so important to connect to it.
Daily.
And cultivate this connection with your heart.
Because you can watch your heart.
It's a dear friend you love so much.
And you cultivate this connection with yourself,
With your love,
With your heart.
Daily.
Like a beautiful garden.
Because if you.
.
.
Don't give love for yourself.
We cannot expect from others.
To give ourselves love.
Because then we are with the other person because of need.
And not because.
We are overflowing.
And we want to give.
And just remember.
We can only love other people.
As much as we love ourselves.
So there are simple techniques you can cultivate more self-love towards yourself.
Um.
.
.
It can be really small,
It doesn't have to be huge.
You can start with small things.
Like journaling on your feelings.
Beautiful practice.
Like why do I feel like this today?
And just listen what answers come to you.
Or Meditation,
You know.
You can just sit with yourself.
And listen.
And it doesn't have to have like a posture,
You know,
Or a certain time.
It can be also only three minutes.
It's perfect!
The quality time that you dedicate to yourself.
It's just perfect.
It's enough.
You can also make a bubble bath with candles or go to spa for a manicure or go to the gym and honor your body.
These are all acts of self-love.
So just choose anything you like.
Or even gratitude,
Being grateful for life.
For our body.
That is carrying us through this beautiful life that we have.
And giving gratitude and thankfulness to our life.
And our body,
Our physical body.
It does make this connection deeper.
Every day.
And we can do it with our kids.
With our family.
Can sit in a circle together and share.
One thing.
But we are grateful for today.
Or in our body.
I am grateful for my feet,
They are carrying me every day.
So this beautiful connection that you create.
It stays with you.
It grows.
And it creates a beautiful.
Light that surrounds you.
And it lives in your aura.
So cultivate this energy.
Cultivate your love.
Towards yourself.
Because it's just so important.
It's immensely important that you do so.
I am so grateful that you've been here.
And watch this video.
And I hope that you find something.
That is resonating with you.
And something that you can take home.
For yourself.
I wish you all the best.
And I deeply,
Deeply honor you.
And love you from all my heart.
Thank you so much.
See you soon!
