Through simple visualization, you’ll create a clear vision list, your top priorities and desires, anchoring them in both mind and energy. It’s a powerful yet quick reset to help you stay focused, aligned, and inspired. Make your short-term goals with this visualization.

Welcome to the Vision List Visualization.

Before you close your eyes,

Take a look around your space.

Notice the space around you is safe,

Clear of distractions,

And to-do lists.

We do this so that when you close your eyes,

You don't have to worry about anything else going on around you.

This is only a few minutes of your day.

You are very busy and very scheduled every day,

So we're going to take a few minutes for ourselves.

We are going to settle into this visualization and give ourselves permission for a few minutes to want more for ourselves and our loved ones.

Close your eyes.

Let's set an intention for our visualization.

Our intention can be anything.

Clarity,

Motivation,

Being honest with ourselves and what our true desires are,

Compassion for ourselves through the process,

Whatever it might be,

Set the intention.

It always helps to do this.

I might suggest you doing this every morning when you wake up.

It helps set our day up.

Now that you've set your intention,

Take a deep breath in.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it,

And release.

One more deep breath in,

Hold.

Your vision list can be small goals to get you to a bigger vision you have for your life.

Your vision list can be things you want this month,

Things you want to call in,

Things you want to accomplish.

We want to create this list of 5 to 10 ideas,

Desires,

Wants,

Visions for a month.

What is the intention behind our desires?

Think about the list you want to make.

What is a priority for the month to make strides towards your innate desires?

What will make you happy?

What will bring you closer to your bigger desires,

Goals,

Dreams?

What can you accomplish this month that will make an impact?

If you've already made this list,

Sit with the list and let's solidify the 5 to 10 visions you have for the month.

Don't push the thoughts in any direction.

Don't tell yourself anything that you should or should not be thinking of,

Or should or should not be pushing yourself towards.

Just let it go where it wants to go.

Let it flow in the manner it wants to come in.

What feels good?

What makes sense?

What is something that gives you drive and passion to complete?

Keep breathing and allow the thoughts to flow in.

Any negative feelings that come up,

Negative self-talk,

Let them float away.

Know that they are not meant for you to pay attention to.

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Get as specific as you feel like with your vision.

Whatever feels good.

Take as much time as you need.

Breathe.

Stay focused.

Any thoughts that bring you out of the moment,

Out of visualizing,

Just gradually and calmly brush them aside like you're moving your arms through water.

Easily,

Smoothly,

And with gentleness,

Brush aside the outside thoughts and move back into alignment with the vision.

We've removed fear and worry from our minds.

We're ready to truly immerse ourselves into our vision.

We are ready to commit to the work.

We are ready to take the time and effort it will take to accomplish anything we put on our list.

Take a deep breath in.

In through the nose,

Allowing your stomach and diaphragm to expand up through your chest.

Feel it expand through your body,

Up to your head,

Down through your feet.

A full and all-encompassing breath.

Then release the breath through the nose or mouth.

Feel the breath as an all-encompassing breath.

Feel it wrap itself all the way around you like a protective and loving shield.

Again,

Do the breath in through the nose,

Allowing your stomach and diaphragm to expand up through your chest.

Feel it expand through your body,

Up to your head,

Down through your feet.

A full and all-encompassing breath.

Then release.

Slow your breath to a relaxed breathing.

There is no world of possibility without desire.

One last deep breath in.

Hold it.

Release.

Take a few moments to recenter yourself for the rest of your day.

Recall any thoughts or feelings that you want to address while they are still fresh.

I encourage you to journal or document your experiences with this visualization to see your expansion and how far you go with each issue you work through,

How your vision evolves.

Feel free to come back to this as often as you feel called to,

And certainly every month when you set the intention for your new vision list.

This will help you stay on track and give you the loving hand you need on those days to keep plowing through to the better version of yourself.
