Welcome to the goal-setting visualization.
See that it is clear of distractions and to-do lists.
We do this so that when we close our eyes,
We don't have to worry about what is going on around us.
And to be sure that you are safe.
Are you ready to settle in?
This is only a few minutes of your day.
I am giving you permission to take a few minutes of your very scheduled day for yourself.
We are going to settle into this visualization and give ourselves permission for a few minutes to want more for ourselves and for our loved ones.
You can utilize this visualization every time you add a new item to your wish list,
Or any time you want to get more clear on a goal,
Intention behind a goal,
Or re-motivate yourself with clarity.
Be clear that this goal is no longer serving the direction you see yourself going.
Don't push the thoughts in any direction.
Don't tell yourself anything that you should or shouldn't be thinking of,
Or should or shouldn't be pushing yourself towards.
Just let it go where it wants to.
Whatever the goal is,
Just keep it sitting at the focal point of your mind.
If we push it,
We don't get the clarity that our innate desires will give us.
What's truly best for us.
What we truly want.
Often times we get really good ideas,
Negative self-talk and fear,
And realign with the purpose-driven,
Heart-centered passion,
And allowing something to just be is not a normal occurrence for us.
We get intuitive hits when we allow our minds to be still,
And come forward through the chaos and hustle and bustle of our days.
Keep picturing the goal.
Feel when it's done is a good indication if you are doing something out of obligation,
Or from a place of passion and expansion.
Once you are clear on the end,
It's easier to find motivation.
It's easier to feel motivation.
When we are clear on what we want,
Motivation is second nature for most of the process.
Put it away as small nuisances that are not meant for you to pay attention to.
Gently release them.
As we release them,
We acknowledge them and let them go.
If thoughts like the goal is too lofty for someone to acknowledge,
Once the feeling has been seen,
We can now see it for what it is.
Feel past experiences that feel the same,
Even though they occurred in the past.
Just because you are not the best speaker at your last attempt,
Doesn't mean the next time you will be bad.
Just because the last date you went on was bad,
Doesn't mean they will all be bad.
Just because the last friendship you had ended in hurt feeling,
Doesn't mean every friendship will end that way.
We need to trust that our goals are meant for us.
Otherwise,
We wouldn't.
We need to trust that our goals are meant for us.
Otherwise,
We wouldn't.
It wouldn't even be in your purview.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
You are exactly where you are called to be.
When all of that has been seen,
We can release it.
We can acknowledge its existence.
Acknowledge that it has every right to the past pain or negative experience.
Send your younger self love for having to go through those experiences and then send that feeling away.
Whatever feeling is coming up during this visualization is what you will normally feel when you are trying to experience something that is beyond what you have previously.
It's expanding you.
And it's uncomfortable for,
Makes you feel unsafe,
Scared.
The clarity will let us know whether we are on the right track or not.
While you are focusing on your goals,
We're focusing on the end result.
The feelings we will feel when it's accomplished.
That's what seeing looks like.
If you are not a visual person,
That's okay.
Keep feeling the feelings or hearing conversations that might happen.
Drinking champagne,
Eating a celebratory meal.
What does it taste like?
What does it smell like?
However it feels good.
However it feels natural.
That's how you imagine.
Think of who is there.
What the goal looks like when it's accomplished.
If it's tangible,
See what it looks like.
Visualize every nook and cranny of the home you are building.
The new office space your business is going to grow into.
Website design you have in mind.
Whatever it is.
Take as much time as you need.
Brush them aside.
Like you are moving your arms through water.
Easily,
Smoothly,
And with gentleness.
Or the clarity and motivation aren't working well for you.
Realize that brushing aside like you are moving your arms.
Then release the breath through the nose or mouth.
Good.
Again,
Do the breath in through the nose.
Allowing your stomach and diet to flow through the nose or mouth.
Keep doing this breathing.
Even if you are frustrated and don't know how to feel good.
Because it's something you don't normally like.
So we are going to give ourselves permission to give it time and space.
To grow into a comfortable and fun part of us.
In through the nose.
Allowing your stomach and diet to flow through the nose or mouth.
And then we are going to ask it to stay.
It is our truest desire.
It is for our highest good.
It is helping us achieve our goals.
Create a clean family.
It is driven through your experience with whatever divine presence you believe in.
To recall any thoughts or feelings that you want to address while they are still fresh.
I encourage you to journal or document your experiences with this visualization.
To see your expansion and how far you work through.
Feel free to come back to this as often as you recall to.
This will help you stay on track.
And give you the loving hand you need on those tough days.
To keep plowing through to something.
My suggestion is to write down the feelings you have.
Good or bad.
And maybe to journal on anything that came up.
Just remember to use this visualization for every new goal to work on.
As you solidify a goal you are working through.
