Felicity is a full devotee of the Yogic path, its methodologies, science, and transformative abilities. The path led her to become a Yoga teacher, specialising in meditation and pranayama. She currently lives in France, where she loves nothing more than practicing each morning with her husband and ginger ninja kitty, enjoying nutritious food, and creating a lifestyle which is not only nourishing to herself but also treads lightly on the Earth. In Felicity's classes, she loves to create a safe, accessible space for everybody, an intention towards inward-focused spirituality, and an element of relaxation to reduce tension, all to help her students deepen their practice. She seeks to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga, and hopes that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, enlivened, nourished, balanced, and able to carry these elements into your daily life. Whether through Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin asana practice, or guided meditation ranging from mindfulness to mantra, chakra to Yoga Nidra, Felicity aims to ensure the practice meets you where you are, softly placing new steps in front of you on your path. With her many years of teaching experience, Felicity has found that sharing this beautiful practice, which she studies, teaches, and loves, has become the meaning of true joy for her; she would love to share this with you.
