Guided Meditation: Returning to the Breath "Welcome. Find a comfortable seated position, whether on a chair or a cushion. Allow your spine to be tall but not rigid, letting your shoulders drop away from your ears. If it feels right for you, gently close your eyes or simply soften your gaze toward the floor. Settling into the Body Before we begin, take a moment to acknowledge that you have arrived. Leave the tasks of the day behind and bring your full attention to this room, this chair, and this moment. Feel the weight of your body pressing down, supported by the earth beneath you.
