Within us, there are many energies that we can touch and nourish. During our days, when we are caught up in our commitments, we sometimes nourish the energy of stress, tiredness, anxiety, and so on. With this meditation, we can come into contact with the energy of freshness, stability, calmness, and freedom. If you feel the need to pause for a moment, reconnect with yourself, and nourish these energies within you, this is the right meditation. During this practice, after the exercise is presented, we will have the opportunity to breathe with that specific exercise for a few minutes. The purpose is to remain connected to the energy we are touching and to nurture it.
