I'm Eve.
Welcome.
In this short video,
I would love to introduce you to a practice that completely changed my own life.
I call it the connection to source.
Many people begin meditating because they long for more peace.
More clarity.
More connection.
And more healing.
And that is exactly where my own journey began.
To me,
The connection to Source is the practice of consciously reconnecting with a deeper part of who we truly are.
And that part is beyond stress.
Beyond overthinking.
Beyond survival patterns we all develop as human beings.
I experience sores,
Yeah.
As the intelligence from which all life emerges.
Source.
The creator of this entire universe.
It's a field of consciousness.
And energy.
A being.
And the frequency.
It's the very source from which we originated.
And with which we are still connected.
Even now.
Even when we are fully immersed.
In the human experience.
Even when that connection.
And feel very,
Very far away.
The connection to source brings you into a frequency,
A vibration.
Where you can begin to feel.
That remembrance still within you for yourself again.
It's the frequency of peace.
Of love.
Of clarity.
Of trust.
It's a feeling of being supported.
Guider.
And as that connection deepens,
Well,
Something beautiful begins to happen.
At least,
That has been my experience.
Life starts to fall into place.
We feel more aligned.
More connected to ourselves.
And from there also more connected to life itself.
There is nowhere I would rather be than in this connection.
And there is nothing I would rather share than this energy and experience.
Because I have discovered.
That the deeper the connection becomes,
The safer I feel.
And the safer I feel,
The more life can open up.
