Reprogramming: Upholding Higher Frequencies Of Source

In this meditation, you will open yourself up to the higher frequencies of Source energy. By visualizing and bringing in the light of Source, you will allow it to purify your brain, heart, and body, releasing old patterns of confusion and fear. This is a powerful reprogramming exercise that helps you to deeply connect with Source and to hold these higher frequencies within you, creating a new reality based on trust, clarity, and a sense of being truly connected.

Take a deep breath in, Deep deep breath into your nose, And exhale through your mouth and just relax. I now visualize, I just imagine, Right above me, A beam of light. This light within this beam is yellow and silver. This is pure source vibration. This is source light. This is source energy, Appearing yellow and silver. And slowly, Slowly, This energy, Yellow and silver, Is now coming in through the top of my head. And slowly, Slowly, It is filling my skull. It is filling my physical brain. It is filling my entire head. It is filling every cell in my head. And I hold this ball of light in my head for a moment. This is pure, Pure source frequency. It is cleansing and clearing every cell in my head. And I just allow it. I hold this light. I hold it in my head some more. Take a deep breath in, And exhale. And slowly now, I ask and intend to purify my brain cells with this light. I slowly bring this light down through my jaw, My neck, My throat, My shoulders, My arms, My upper back and chest, My lower back and stomach, My thighs, My knees, My ankles, And all the way down, Through my feet, Into the earth. Take a deep breath in, And exhale. And now I fill my heart center with more of this light. Yellow and silver, I bring more light into my heart. I allow myself to bathe in this light. I allow myself to purify every cell in my body. Take a deep breath in, A deep, Deep breath, And exhale. And as I focus on my heart center, I say, I ask and intend to release my confusion regarding not knowing how to truly, Truly connect to Source Energy. I ask to release my deep sadness and confusion. I ask to release my fear and belief that I may never truly know how to connect to Source completely and fully. I ask to release my fear and belief that I may never be able to fully connect with Source and uphold the higher frequencies in this lifetime. I command my subconscious to let go of this fear and belief once and for all, And to replace it with a new belief that reminds me, Always, That I am the creator of my reality, And I choose to create my new reality as follows. In this lifetime, I will be able to experience the frequency of Source, Truly and fully. I will be able to uphold the higher frequencies, And my consciousness will be able to feel and experience the energy of my Creator. My consciousness will be able to tap into the mind of Creator, That which we call Source. I ask, I intend and I now choose, To let go, Once and for all, Of all the beliefs, The insecurities that I have had up until now, Regarding my connection. And instead, I ask, I intend and I choose, To begin creating my new reality now. My reality is that my consciousness will be able to feel and experience the energy of my Creator, Always, Every moment of the day. I am truly and deeply connected. And so it is.
