Your arms.
Your hands.

Into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
And relax some more.
Quiet your mind.
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep,
Deep breath.
Into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
And from this space,
Go to your heart.
And from there,
Just say,
I now ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask and intend for my spirit family to be with me.
Surround me.
And support me.
And to keep me a very safe and protective space.
I now ask,
Intend and choose to align my energy and my energy channels perfectly with the energy and the energy channels of Source.
Of my divine creator.
At the center of the universe.
I ask,
I intend and I choose to allow the energy of Creator to come through me.
Through my entire physical being.
And I ask to release the blocks that are lodged in my physical organs and glands that are preventing me from receiving the divine flow fully and completely.
And that are preventing me from fully experiencing,
Living,
Breathing,
Being my true divine self.
I now ask and intend to bring fully the energy through,
Of my divine creator,
Of Source.
And of my own true divine blueprint.
Through this physical body.
In this physical reality.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I now visualize a ball of light above me.
It is red,
Yellow and purple.
And this ball of light holds a very pure and divine frequency.
It is the frequency of Source.
And it appears to be red,
Yellow and purple.
But it is in fact very pure.
Very highly refined frequency of Source.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I now slowly,
Slowly bring this ball of light through the top of my head.
Through every cell in my head.
Red,
Yellow and purple light.
Filling every cell in my head.
And I just hold it there for a moment.
It fills every cell.
And again,
I set my intent that this is the perfect clearing and cleansing of my physical organs and glands.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I slowly,
Slowly bring this ball of light down.
Through my jaw.
Through my throat.
Through my neck.
This red,
Yellow and purple light.
Which I keep visualizing.
Is filling my shoulders.
My hands.
All the way to the tip of my fingers.
It is filling my upper back and chest.
This red,
Yellow and purple light.
Is flowing through my lower back and belly.
It enters my thighs,
My knees.
It fills my legs.
All the way to my ankles.
All the way to my feet.
And I let it come out through the bottom of my feet.
Anchoring me deep,
Deep into the center of the earth.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I now imagine every cell in my physical body and heart center is opening up and letting go.
Letting go of the confusion.
Letting go of the fragmentation.
Letting go of the sadness,
The anger.
Of the confusion again.
More confusion comes up and I let it go.
I let go of all the lower frequencies that no longer serve me.
That no longer serve my physical cells.
That are not aligned with my own,
Unique,
Divine blueprint.
I let them go now.
I simply visualize,
Imagine or intend.
All my cells are letting go of whatever needs to be let go of right now.
I simply intend and allow.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I let even more go of these blocks.
And as I let go.
As I let go of these blocks.
More and more.
My cells become stronger and perfectly aligned with my divine blueprint.
I feel it.
I sense it.
I intend it to be so.
And I know.
This is truth.
I now begin to vibrate.
At a frequency that is matching a divine formula.
Not a human one.
My vibration raises.
And whether I feel it or not.
I know.
This is truth.
I now am this new formula.
This formula,
This vibration,
This frequency,
Allows my cells to regenerate.
To remain at a constant level of vitality.
Of health.
Of well-being.
And of balance.
This is my original divine blueprint.
And my cells are this frequency now.
I know it.
I trust it.
I allow it.
And so it is.
