Relax your face,
Relax your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Soften your eyes and relax all the muscles in your face some more.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,

Deep breath into your nose and as you exhale,
Let go of all the tension in your body.
Breathe deep into your belly and relax some more.
This moment is for you,
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax your face,
Soften your eyes,
Relax the tension in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and as you exhale,
Just visualize an energy coming through the top of your head and this energy is a kind of an archangel energy,
Very protective,
Very kind,
Soft and tender.
It's the energy of Source,
Coming from the center of the universe,
The source of all of creation of this universe and this energy is pure,
Clear,
Clean.
I feel the angelic sense of protection,
Of love,
Support,
Kindness and truth.
It allows me to feel safe and I allow this energy to come through,
Through my entire head,
My jaw,
My face,
Through my neck and throat,
Through my shoulders,
My arms,
My hands,
Through my upper back and chest,
Through my lower back and belly,
Through my hips,
My thighs,
My knees,
All the way to my ankles and feet,
Coming out through the bottom of my feet,
Anchoring me down all the way into the earth.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I feel this energy filling every cell in my body and pouring out of my body,
Creating a shield around my body.
I just visualize that this angelic white energy is now inside my body and outside my body,
About four to five inches around my body,
Creating a shield.
A protective shield that allows me to feel so safe,
Comfortable in my own energy and protected.
And I feel it,
This energy moves with me wherever I go,
Whatever I do.
If I move my arms up,
The shield moves with me.
If I take a step,
The shield moves with me.
It remains with me no matter what I'm doing.
And here now,
I set my intent.
I ask and intend to feel protected,
Comfortable and safe in any environment.
And I ask to remember and always feel the presence of Source and of my own divine pure essence.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I bring my focus to my physical body and my sacred space.
And now,
From this place of my own sacred space,
I focus on my surroundings.
And I focus on this protective energy that is around me and within me.
And simply,
Through my intent and through my conscious awareness,
Through my visualization,
I extend this energy to my car,
If I have one,
To my bike,
To my garden,
To the outer environment that I normally visit.
I simply intend it to be so.
I simply intend to put this blanket of white light over and around all my surroundings.
And I gradually extend it further and further.
I take it to the store I go to.
And I see it,
I feel it,
I sense it.
When I enter the store,
Everything becomes magically covered with this pure,
Beautiful white light.
And I now imagine another location that I visit regularly.
And as I walk in,
Magically the same thing happens.
This pure white light follows me.
And automatically,
Spontaneously,
This pure,
Pure white light soars energy,
Spontaneously touches and covers every object,
Every person,
Everything I encounter.
Everything.
Until my entire neighborhood becomes covered in this pure,
Pure white light.
Wherever I go,
This light follows me.
This light moves in front of me,
Covering the path I go,
Covering every building,
Every person.
And I cannot impose this light on other people who don't wish to have it,
Of course.
And therefore I set my intent right now to allow this energy to help as many people and environments as possible.
And even those who don't know how to ask for it consciously,
To really,
Really,
Really feel this energy and to unconsciously ask for it,
If they need it,
If they want it.
And I now continue to imagine the energy expanding.
From myself to my home,
To my garden,
To my street,
To my neighborhood,
Even to my country,
Even to the entire earth's plane.
And simply through my intent,
I create a huge blanket of pure white light.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now extend that huge blanket of white light to about five to seven miles around the earth.
This is an energy of angelic protection,
Of safety,
Of love.
And without pushing it,
Without imposing it,
I say and speak from my heart.
I ask and intend now that all those who need it and would like to have this protection,
Whether consciously or unconsciously,
Will be able to tap into it.
To feel safe,
Protected,
And comfortable.
And to use this energy consciously or unconsciously.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now extend it.
While I keep this energy concentrated around the earth,
I now visualize it also extending out from the earth to cover the entire earth grid system.
Five to seven thousand miles around the earth.
The entire brain of the earth,
The entire electrical system holding the earth in place and containing the entire human collective consciousness.
And while I merge with this collective consciousness,
This brain of the earth,
I bring my focus back to my heart.
And again,
I set my intent.
I now ask to feel safe and protected within this collective consciousness.
I ask to feel connected to my higher consciousness,
My higher guidance.
No matter what the collective consciousness is doing.
I ask now,
I intend and I choose to maintain this protective shield around me and within me.
No matter what the rest of the environment is doing.
I now choose to feel safe,
Calm,
Connected and protected in my physical body,
In my physical space.
I now ask for the help of my own true divine essence.
My spirit family members that are with me and around me and the energy of Source,
Creator,
To help me to sustain and maintain this protective and connective shield and my own unique energy and frequency in my own daily life.
As I navigate through these environments,
I ask to instantly feel this connection and protective shield as soon as I encounter any misaligned energy,
Consciously or unconsciously.
Consciously.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I continue to focus on my physical body.
It continues to reprogram itself internally.
And I allow this to happen.
As I focus on this protective shield around me,
I stay in this space.
Allowing more and more cleansing and clearing to happen.
Feeling more and more connected to my pure essence.
Who I really am.
And the energy of Source within me.
I now ask to let my own divine energy,
My own unique frequency and my true divine blueprint fully flow through every cell in my body.
I now ask to be me.
The real me.
Unshakeable.
In every moment of the day.
As of today.
As of now.
And so it is.

And slowly,
Slowly,
Whenever I'm ready,
As I keep my focus on my heart,
I open my eyes.
