Relax the tension.
Let go of all the tension in your body,
The tension in your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Relax your arms,
Your hands.
And sink through your breath into your body.
And again,
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
This moment is for you.
And one more time,
Take a deep,
Deep breath in,
Into your nose and as you exhale,
Focus on your heart.
And from there,
Imagine,
Visualize or just intend it to be a yellow and deep blue light at the centre of the universe.
Just say from your heart,
I ask to see,
Feel,
Sense this yellow and deep blue light and I intend it to be the frequency of love at source.
This is the love of my creator.
Pure,
Clear,
Clean,
Unconditional love.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Slowly,
Slowly imagine that you bring this yellow and deep blue light with you,
Travelling through space,
Through the galaxy to this planetary system,
To earth.
And say from your heart,
I am bringing this beautiful yellow and deep blue light with me.
This is pure and unconditional love from source,
For the earth,
For everyone on the earth,
For me.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I now begin to bring this love frequency,
This light to the earth,
Since she is a being as well,
Just as I am.
And of course,
The earth is an extension of me,
Of us as a collective consciousness.
She is an extension of me,
I am an extension of her.
So the healing we do there comes right back to all of us,
Comes right back to me.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I just visualize,
Imagine,
Intend that I wrap myself around the entire earth.
And I imagine that I am wrapping the earth in this light,
This light of unconditional love of source,
Which I brought with me.
And I am changing this light now into a soft blue and a soft green color.
Soft blue,
Soft green.
It is so very nourishing.
It is like I am feeding the earth,
Feeding her with a substance.
She has been starving,
And now I am wrapping this very powerful light around the earth.
It is feeding,
Nourishing,
Supporting.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I feel it.
As I am wrapping her in this light,
I say from my heart,
For the earth.
And as I speak for her,
I also speak for myself,
As I say.
I ask and intend to release my deep,
Deep belief that it will be very,
Very difficult for me to repair myself,
To become a loving being again,
To provide the love,
Energy and frequency to humanity again,
As I am supposed to.
And I continue speaking for the earth and myself as well,
All at our own level,
Since it is all a hologram.
The smaller part,
Me,
Is the bigger part,
The earth.
The smaller part is contained in the bigger part,
Yet it is containing all the information of the larger whole.
So,
As I speak for me,
I speak for her,
And as I speak for her,
I speak for me.
And so I say now,
From my heart,
I ask and intend to release my sadness and my belief that I am failing.
That I am failing at providing nourishment and a safe haven to my children,
To humanity.
And I now ask to release this deep sadness and disbelief from every cell of my being,
And from my conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory.
I command my subconscious to release my belief that it is going to be very difficult to recreate myself and to provide the love,
Vibration and the proper nourishment to humanity,
To everyone around me,
And to myself.
I now ask to replace that old frequency and belief with a new vibration,
A new frequency,
A new belief system that allows me to create my reality.
And I now ask,
Intend and choose,
To begin providing the proper nourishment and the love vibration to humanity,
To everyone around me,
And to myself,
As of now.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
I wrap myself around the earth once more,
And I speak for her.
And again,
Since this is all part of the collective consciousness,
What I clear in her,
I clear in me.
And also the other way around,
What I clear in me,
I clear in her.
And so I say,
I ask and intend to release my belief that I am still disconnected from Source and from the energy of my Creator,
From time to time.
I ask to release this perception and belief and replace it with a new belief that allows me to feel more,
To experience more the energy of Creator,
The energy of Source,
Every moment of the day.
Yes,
I want to experience this energy of my Divine Creator,
My Divine Parent,
More and more and more.
I want to experience the love frequency,
The unconditional love of my Creator,
More and more and more.
As of now,
As of today.
And so it is.
