Connecting To Your Source Energy

This meditation/prayer/affirmation guides you into direct connection with Source, the creative energy from which you arise.

Through breath and intention, you reconnect with the energetic link that is always present. You allow this energy to move through your body, restoring clarity, strength, and balance.

As your awareness deepens, you remember that you are never separate from the field of support around you. You remember that you are always connected to your Divine Parent - an infinite, never-ending stream of life flowing through you.

This meditation is a foundational practice within the prayer series connected to 'I Ask, And I Intend – Praying As Conscious Co-Creation.'

Take a deep breath in, Deep, Deep breath, Into your nose, And exhale through your mouth, And just relax. And from my heart, I now say, Source is the energy of my Creator, From which I have sprung. I am permanently attached to this energy, Through an energetic umbilical cord. I can draw powerful energy in any moment in time, Simply by acknowledging and intending the presence of this Source frequency, As I think and speak and emit this information. I ask and intend to connect to my Source and the energy of my Creator now. I ask and intend to bring this Source energy into my physical body and in this physical space. And I ask and intend to feel the energy of Source filling my entire being now. And I ask and intend that the energy of Source restores my well-being, Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and spiritually, Now. And so it is. Take a deep breath in, And exhale.
