Just gratitude waiting to rise from within you.
We're going to take a deep breath again,
Slowly,
Intentionally.
Feel the breath travel through your chest.
Let your hand rest over your heart.
Feel that rhythm.
That pulse is proof.
You're alive.
You're here,

Whisper to yourself,
