Welcome back to the sanctuary.

As we continue our journey,

We move into the fluid,

Amber light of your center.

I am honored to be walking this path with you as we invite the nectar of movement back into the hips and heart.

There is a beautiful fluidity that lives within you,

A natural state of being that is as rhythmic and certain as the tides.

We are born to be moved by the deep currents of our own feeling,

To experience life as a shimmering golden pool of creativity and desire.

This is the medicine of the sacral center,

The seat of your sweetness and the source of your soul's song.

The sacral chakra is a place of perpetual flow and emotional truth.

To open this center is to celebrate the softness of your spirit.

It is an invitation to the vibrancy of your own creation.

Your emotions are the medium through which you experience the beauty of being alive,

Moving through you with the grace of a mountain stream finding the valley.

Visualize yourself sitting beside a deep forest spring.

The water is clear,

Ancient,

And perfectly still until a single drop falls,

Creating ripples that expand outward in perfect concentric circles.

This is the nature of your creative life,

A continuous,

Gentle unfolding.

We are allowing these waters to rise.

We are softening into the grace of our own breath,

Recognizing the profound power in our ability to yield and to feel.

You are a vessel of light and today you let that light turn liquid.

Begin with the breath of the tides.

Exhale completely,

Drawing the navel back toward the spine,

Emptying the vessel.

Now,

Take a slow,

Deep inhale,

Feeling the breath swell in the lower belly,

Expanding like a warm wave.

Hold for a moment,

Feeling the fullness and the pressure in the hip,

And then exhale with a long,

Open mouth sigh,

Letting the tension dissolve into the water.

Gently bring your hands to rest on your lower belly,

Just below the navel.

This is your sacral center.

Feel the warmth of your palms,

A quiet greeting to the waters within.

As you breathe,

Imagine a soft,

Amber glow pulsing beneath your hands,

The color of honey held up to the sun.

With every inhale,

Let your body expand fully into your palms,

Making space for the life force to move.

Now,

Begin to find a slow,

Circular movement in your hips,

Small,

Serpentine rotations that mimic the ripples on the forest spring.

Feel the fluid within the joints,

The ease of the pelvic bowl as it tilts and rolls.

You are allowing the river of your being to find its way.

Feel the hips become heavy and spacious,

The breath becoming a gentle tide that washes over the shores of your inner world.

As you move,

Inhale and draw that amber light from the base of the spine up into the belly.

Exhale and let it swirl through the hips,

Softening any place that feels rigid.

Soften the hinge of your jaw,

Allowing the lower teeth to drift slightly away from the upper ones,

For the jaw and the hips are sisters in their holding.

Let the tongue be heavy.

Feel the fluidity of your spine as it echoes the movement of the pelvis.

You are fluid.

You are fertile.

You are open to the dance of your own existence.

As you step back into the world,

Move with the ease of water.

Let your interactions be seasoned with the sweetness you found here today.

Knowing that you are allowed to flow and to be moved by the beauty around you.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

I look forward to our next ritual of return.
