Welcome home to the center of yourself.

I am honored to walk with you into the richness of the eternal now.

Presence is the ultimate act of self-love.

It is the moment we realize that the only place where life truly happens is right here in the rising and falling of your chest.

Most of our days are spent in a horizontal rush,

But today we find a vertical axis.

We find the pillar of light that connects the deep wisdom of the earth to the infinite sparking potential of the stars.

When you are truly present,

You are the eye of the storm.

You are the stillness that allows the music of life to be heard.

To be present is to be a witness to the miracle of your own existence.

It is to notice the way the light hits the floor,

The way the air feels on your skin.

Your own heart beats a rhythm of constant unwavering support.

Now,

Let's inhale slowly through the nose,

Feeling the breath rise from the soles of your feet up to the crown of your head.

Hold,

Feeling yourself tall and luminous like a pillar of light.

Exhale,

Feeling your energy anchored deep into the heart of the earth.

Inhale,

Pulling the earth's strength upward through your spine.

Hold,

Feeling the fullness of your being.

Exhale,

Sending your roots deeper into the ground.

You are steady.

You are here.

Let your breath return to its natural,

Effortless flow.

Imagine you are sitting in a temple of gold and light.

Every sound you hear is a part of the symphony.

You are the silent listener.

Feel the space.

Between your thoughts.

In that space,

There is a profound peace.

You are the vast,

Open sky in which the thoughts appear.

Rest now in this vastness.

Feel the absolute luxury of simply being alive,

With nothing to do and nowhere to be but right here.

As you begin to invite movement back into your body,

Remember that this pillar of light is always with you.

Within you.

You can return to this vertical axis at any moment,

Simply by noticing your breath.

You are the stillness at the heart of the world.
