As we begin this guided meditation,

Find a comfortable position making sure you are comfortable and supported.

Once you are settled,

Gently close your eyes and take a nice deep letting go breath.

As you exhale,

Allow your eyes to gently close,

Letting them rest comfortably.

Take another deep breath and as you do,

Imagine a beautiful warm golden healing light hovering just above you.

Now imagine the soothing golden light slowly descending,

Gently flowing in through the crown of your head,

And as it enters your body,

Feel its warmth spreading,

Relaxing every part of you that it touches.

Feel the light moving down through your forehead,

Softening the muscles around your eyes.

Feel the light releasing any tension in your jaw.

Let the light flow down your neck,

Melting away any stiffness or strain.

As the golden light cascades over your shoulders,

Feel them dropping,

Becoming loose and comfortable.

The light continues its journey,

Flowing down your arms,

All the way to your fingertips.

Notice how your hands become soft and relaxed,

Any tension dissolving away.

Now let the warm golden light move through your chest,

Surrounding your heart with a gentle comforting glow.

Feel it spreading through your lungs,

Making each breath easier and more peaceful.

As the light travels down to your stomach,

Notice any tightness in your stomach beginning to release.

Let your abdomen become soft and relaxed with each breath.

The soothing light flows further,

Through your hips and down your legs.

Feel any remaining tension in your muscles melting away as the warmth envelops your thighs,

Your knees,

Calves,

And finally your feet.

And I wonder just how relaxed you already feel.

As this golden light continues to flow through you,

It washes away all tension,

Removing any discomfort or stress or any fears you've been holding in your body.

Its warmth and radiance are melting away,

Clearing,

Dissolving all tension,

Leaving you feeling completely at ease.

Take a moment to notice just how relaxed you are feeling right now.

Sense all tightness and strain draining away out of your body,

From the top of your head down to the bottoms of your feet.

And as your body relaxes even deeper,

Feel your mind beginning to calm as well.

Allow an unwinding of your thoughts,

Like a knot that slowly loosens,

Untangles,

And allow those thoughts to simply float away like bubbles rising into the air.

There's no need to hold on to these thoughts or try to analyze them.

Just observe them gently and let them drift off,

Carried away on a peaceful breeze.

Allow the golden light to dissolve and clear all worries and stresses in your mind.

Notice the growing sense of peace and tranquility within both your mind and body.

And now repeat these words silently to yourself.

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am deeply relaxed.

I am safe.

I am calm.

I am deeply relaxed.

And as your mind continues to float along,

Imagine yourself on a soft white cloud,

Drifting lazily across a clear blue sky.

There's no hurry,

No worry.

Just a peaceful journey through calm,

Open space.

Notice how much lighter you already feel.

Your body feels weightless,

Completely at ease.

Your mind is quiet,

Free from stress or concern.

You find yourself feeling more calm and relaxed than you have in a long,

Long time.

Let this profound feeling of relaxation wash over you like gentle waves on a shore.

With each wave,

You sink deeper and deeper into this tranquil state.

You are safe,

Secure,

And completely at peace.

Take a moment to fully acknowledge this inner calm.

It's a reflection of the peace that always resides within you,

A part of you,

Always present,

Always accessible.

And as you rest in this peaceful state,

Remind yourself,

This peace is not separate from me.

It is within me,

A wellspring of calm I can tap into at any time.

Know that whenever life becomes challenging or stressful,

You can return to this place of tranquility within yourself.

You can return to this serene state by simply closing your eyes,

Taking a few deep breaths,

And remembering the golden light and the feeling of complete relaxation.

And whenever you're ready,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of inner peace with you into the rest of your day.
