Find Your Place Of Power Meditation

Centering yourself, particularly in these times! - is everything. This is one of my fav techniques I start every private coaching session with which is designed to cleanse your physical body and your mind, most importantly. It also guides you to discover, if you don't know already, where your "place of power" is on the Earth. We all have one. (or sometimes, it is in a place that looks like another dimension, might be a place you have never been, even). You allow your subconscious to guide you there, and find yourself uplifted by this energy!

One of the best ways that I know to move into creating what you want next is to allow yourself to cleanse your physical body in a very short,

Creative visualization meditation and to bring yourself and find for yourself the place on the planet that empowers you.

I've used this meditation with hundreds and hundreds of clients and often begin my healing meditations and other workshops with this wonderful,

Really grounding,

Kind of really inspiring meditation.

So let's begin.

Find yourself a comfortable spot,

Of course,

And now I want you to just settle in and just begin to feel your body wherever it is,

Taking a long,

Slow,

My favorite,

Deep breath in,

In through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

It's very cleansing to do the breath that way.

We'll take a second breath,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and exhale out through your mouth.

And then just take one more long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Very good.

And as you've done that you might begin to feel more present in your physical body.

Feel your feet right now.

If they should be on the floor,

That's fine.

Just notice the bottom of your feet connecting to the floor.

If they're tucked underneath you in a meditation pose or relaxing another way,

Just maybe move your toes and get a sensation of your energy going all the way down into your feet.

You know,

We stay busy in our heads and doing a lot of different things in the world all at once.

Multitasking sometimes way too much.

So we begin to not be fully in our body when we do that.

So now,

For now,

I want you to bring your energy all the way through your legs,

Down into your feet.

And just allow them to sort of be an anchor for you.

You might even imagine a more weighted energy as you bring your energy all the way down into your feet so that they're really a grounding point between you and the earth.

The earth is one of the most powerful ways we have to ground.

And so for now,

Allow that energy and your feet to go all the way down into the earth.

Now,

Passing through your feet into the earth going all the way down into the earth,

And letting the power of earth energy ground and anchor you and take a nice deep breath.

Feeling how good it feels to be grounded and connected to the earth.

So while your energy is connected there,

I want you to now feeling yourself back in your body with your energy connected to the earth begin to just allow the energy that is you to float up through the top of your head.

And now just begin to move and rise out through your head and out through the top of the ceiling of the room that you are in.

Or wherever you are just beginning to allow your energy to rise up and begin to easily and effortlessly float all the way up into the air,

All the way up into the air,

Until you begin to just find yourself into this wondrous,

Wondrous sort of group of clouds that are beautiful and cleansing.

And as you rise up into that wondrous section of clouds,

I want you to just breathe in the energy in those clouds,

Just sort of like there's a cleansing mist in those clouds.

And I want you to now breathe in the cleansing mist and just allow the cleansing mist to go into the cells in your body and allow that mist as you breathe evenly and deeply to just move into the cells,

Cleansing anything unlike love and anything unlike health.

And just allowing as you breathe in that mist from the clouds to let the cleansing energy from those clouds move between the cells in your body,

Deeply cleansing them.

And as you exhale,

Taking anything that is unlike light and love and health in your exhale and breathing that out back into the universe where it can be recycled.

So breathing in the cleansing mist,

Letting it move between the cells,

Letting it move into the cells and the space between the space between the cells and exhaling anything that needs to be released from your body in this current moment that does not serve you.

And one more cleansing breath as the energy from those clouds swirls around you and swirls through you,

Cleansing and releasing anything that does not serve you and you may notice you begin to feel deeply more peaceful with that cleansing experience you've just had.

Very good.

And now allow your energy to begin to move towards a light that you see in the distance and it may look like sunlight,

It may look like a spotlight,

So bright.

And as your energy is really drawn to that light,

You find yourself standing in the middle of that light now.

And yes,

It's almost like a spotlight just beaming this powerful,

Brilliant energizing light down onto you and into you and through you.

And as you allow that light to pour now into all your cells and to also just surround you and the magic healing of that light.

You take a deep breath and you notice Oh,

I am the light and the light is me.

And you allow that light to just filter now into all those cleansed cells in your body in such a way that it enlivens you and fills you with inspiration and energy.

And notice how good that feels.

Definitely it's better,

Right?

And now I want you to take yourself floating up into the air with all of that light enmeshed into your energy as you are the light and I want you to float above the earth.

And noticing somewhere on the earth is a place that is your place of power.

And innately you know where that place of power is.

So I want you to begin to as you notice and recognize where that beautiful place of power on the earth is for you.

I want you to easily and effortlessly because you're unconscious,

You're unconscious right now and you're unconscious knows where that spot is.

I want you to float down into that place on the earth.

That is your power spot that feeds you like no other.

Very good and just begin to float down now and find your feet.

On that place on the earth that feeds you like no other.

And just look around.

Where are you?

You may notice this place and you may recognize this place.

I imagine that you might.

It may be some place you have been.

It may be some place that you've been longing to go.

It may be some place that is somewhere you don't quite recognize but it feels so good.

So I want you to really look around and notice what is in this place of power on the earth that feeds you.

What are the sounds like?

What are the visuals like?

What are the colors like?

And how do you feel in this place on the earth that feeds you like no other?

Just noticing how good it feels to be in this place that feeds you like no other.

And I want you to take some of those nice deep breaths in through your nose and breathe in that energy that feeds you like no other and allow it in to all those cells in your body.

And ground there in that place that feeds you like no other.

Sending your energy down into the earth on that spot and then breathing the energy back up from the earth into your body from this spot that feeds you like no other.

And in this place you find your power.

And in this place you can ask what is it you need to know right now in order to get closer to the dreams that you have.

It may be a specific dream.

It may be more than one dream.

What is it you need to know and that this place can offer you the wisdom of?

Just listen.

What is it you need to know and let your point of power on the earth feed you.

And breathe that in and notice how good it feels to being fed by the place on the earth that feeds you like no other.

What is it that there is to know?

What is the wisdom from this place?

And I want you to really remember where this place is because you can come back at any time you need this sort of wisdom.

And knowing that you can come back here and be guided by your place of power,

Knowing that you can be fed your power in any given moment when you go here.

I want you to send your gratitude to this place on the earth and breathe it in one more time.

I notice how good that feels.

Very good.

And now taking all that power you've been fed by this place on the earth,

I want you to rise above that spot way up into the air,

Taking all that power with you,

All that inspiration.

And I want you to just begin to travel back through time,

Easily and effortlessly,

Beginning to come back to this point that you are now,

Wherever you were sitting to do this meditation.

Floating easily and effortlessly back towards now.

And I want you to then just begin to float all the way back down into this now moment where you are sitting or lying wherever you were at the beginning of this meditation.

And I'm going to just count you back from five to one,

Easily and effortlessly as you move back down into your body.

Five,

Beginning to be excited about what you can do with this newfound power that you're feeling.

And four,

Beginning to feel the energy return to your body.

And three,

Breathing in and out,

Feeling more awake and more alive with each breath.

And two,

Coming fully back into your body now,

All the way back into your body,

Wide awake,

Wonderfully refreshed,

Feeling powerful and cleansed and inspired for everything.

That you're ready to do now.

And one,

All the way back,

All the way back,

Right into your body,

Wide awake,

Fully refreshed,

And ready for what's next.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
