Good,

Let's start with taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Take another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

And let's take one more long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.

Very good.

And I want you,

As you just continue to breathe deeply and evenly,

I want you to just notice what the physical sensations are present in your body right now.

You might notice there's tension somewhere.

Just notice where that is and breathe and include it.

And you might notice you have tiredness in your body and where is that if you do?

You might notice maybe you're a little bit hungry or maybe you're a little bit full.

Just take a nice deep breath and include that or any physical sensations that you're having in your body right now.

There might be some pain sensations and breathe and include that.

There might be some temperature sensations.

Just breathe and include that,

Whatever the physical sensations that are present in your body right now.

Just breathe and include all of those physical sensations.

And now another really great way to bring yourself into the present in this moment is to now add to that.

Just now notice what emotional sensations are present in your body.

So just again,

Taking that nice,

Deep,

Long,

Slow breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,

You're just going to notice what emotional feelings are present in this moment.

You might notice you have an awareness of this process and that's good,

Include that.

You might notice your mind is busy trying to include mental conversations as we do this.

Just breathe,

That's fine,

And include that.

That's what the mind does.

You might notice you have some sensations of sadness if you stop and be present as we are now,

Or you might notice you have some anxiety or stress feelings somewhere.

So just taking another moment and taking some deep breaths,

Just notice now any emotional feelings that are present.

You don't have to do anything with them,

Just notice them.

You know,

A lot of times people are trying to get out of whatever emotions they're feeling,

But for now,

Just take some long,

Slow,

Deep,

Cleansing breaths and just include all of those emotional feelings,

Whatever they are.

And now,

I want you to just remember a time where you felt really good.

Remembering a time where you felt really good.

And perhaps it was even a time where you felt alive and excited.

Can you remember a time like that now?

Remember a time where you felt alive and excited.

And I want you to just imagine yourself in that moment right now,

And as you imagine yourself in that moment right now,

I want you to feel the feelings of being alive and excited in your body right now.

Breathe that in.

Those feelings of feeling alive and excited,

And perhaps even unstoppable,

And allow all those feelings to just magnify in your body.

The feelings of feeling alive and excited,

Perhaps unstoppable in that moment that you had,

That now is just reignited in your physical body as you remember it.

Notice how good it feels to feel alive and excited in this now moment,

Allowing all the cells of your body to just be expanded,

Full of the energy of being alive and excited.

And when you're ready,

I want you to bring yourself back into this now moment with all of that aliveness and all of that awareness,

And you can begin to move your toes or your fingers or just beginning to feel yourself coming back from this meditation as you slowly open your eyes,

Feeling alive and excited as you remembered that and ignited it in your body in this now moment.

You are fully present and feeling alive and excited for every good reason.
