This is a guided relaxation session from my qigong class on 09-29-2025. In the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Medical Qigong Master Liu Guizhen, the ability to relax ourselves is of primary importance. We need to develop our skills of deeply relaxing our body as well as developing a gentle, focused attention (mindfulness).
