This meditation will help you set your intention for today so you can stay focused even as the day pulls you in different directions.
Let's start by thinking of your intention.
It's usually one word such as curiosity or creativity.
Once you have your intention,
Silently repeat after me.
Today I choose to respond with.

And as you go through the day,
Look for opportunities to act like somebody who embodies that quality.
You might ask yourself,
What would a creative person do in this situation or how would a curious person respond?
