Find a quiet space where you can take a few moments for yourself to tune in and really listen to your body,
To your intuition.
Notice your breath.
Let's explore a new breath pattern.
Stay relaxed,
Just observing.
Your inhale and your exhale through your nose.
On the next inhale,
Breathe through your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Inhale through your mouth,
Exhale through your nose.
Inhale through your nose,
Exhale through your mouth.
Inhale through your mouth,
Exhale through your nose.
Continue breathing now only through your nose,
Observing the inhale and exhale without forcing the breath.
Can you create more ease in your body,
Noticing any sensations,
Tingling,
Warmth,
Energy?
Can you feel energy on the surface of your skin,
In your hands and feet?
Can you let that expand?
Bring your attention to your forehead.
Notice if there's any tension in your face,
And adjust your head back slightly to balance the weight of your head over your spine.
And notice how the face relaxes even more.
Let your eyes relax as if they sink back deeper into your head.
Bring your attention to the back of your head,
The lower part of your skull.
Can you feel a tingling sensation at the back of your head?
Can you relax even more and let that expand?
Observe without judgment.
As the energy increases,
Your intuition increases.
There's information in the energy.
The more it expands,
The better you are at knowing the wisdom is all around you.
You just need to tune into it.
This wisdom is the navigation system for your life.
Your intuition guiding you along the way,
Letting you know where to say yes,
Where to say no,
And where to wait.
It helps you to navigate change without fear.
Allow this intuitive wisdom to fill you,
To heal you,
To bring you peace as you rest in it.
Trust in your ability to tap into this inner knowing.
