Welcome back to day 4 of your 30 day journey,
Taking this time to step out of everything that has happened today and into a space where nothing needs to be carried,
Nothing needs to be solved.
And if it feels comfortable,
Allow yourself to settle,
Just as you are.
No need to prepare,
No need to adjust anything right away.
Just arriving and gently begin by noticing the breath,
The natural rhythm already moving through you,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And if it feels supportive,
Allow the exhale become just a little longer,
A little slower,
Not forcing,
Just guiding,
Letting each breath out,
Signal to the body that it can begin to release,
And then gently returning again to simply noticing the inhale and the exhale.
And as you stay here,
You might begin to notice subtle traces of the day,
Thoughts,
Conversations,
Moments that are still lingering,
And instead of away,
See if you can simply notice what is still being held.
And if it feels right,
With the next exhale,
Allow just a small part of that to soften,
To loosen,
To release.
Not all at once,
Just a little at a time,
And then again,
Returning to the breath,
Letting the inhale arrive,
And the exhale gently let go.
And if the mind becomes busy,
Replaying things,
Trying to resolve,
That's completely natural,
Just noticing and guiding your attention back,
Back to this moment,
Again and again,
At your own pace.
And if it feels comfortable,
You might imagine each exhale as setting something down,
A weight you've been carrying,
Piece by piece,
Layer by layer,
And then gently returning again to the breath,
To the body,
To the feeling of being here.
And as this continues,
You may begin to sense that there is nothing you need to hold onto right now.
Nothing that needs your attention in this moment,
And if it feels supportive,
Allow the shoulders to soften,
The jaw to release,
And the space around the eyes to relax.
And then again,
Returning to the breath,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Letting each breath out,
Create a little more space,
A little more ease.
And if anything remains,
Anything that doesn't fully release,
That's okay,
You don't need to force it,
Just allowing what can soften to soften and letting the rest be.
And once again,
Gently returning to the breath,
Steady,
Simple,
Always here.
And for the next few moments,
Just remain here,
Breathing,
Releasing,
Allowing,
Nothing to carry,
Nothing to hold.
Just this moment,
Unfolding on its own,
Take a moment to notice how you feel,
Not needing it to be different,
Just acknowledging what's here.
And as you move into the rest of your day,
See if you can carry even a small part of this,
This lightness,
This space,
This ease with you.
And remember,
You can return to this at any time,
With a single breath,
I'll be here with you,
For the next step,
Whenever you're ready.
Until then,
Take care and be gentle with yourself.
And remember,
Slow down,
Soften and return.
