Hello and welcome.
My name is Darlene Blanche and today I'm going to be guiding you through a meditation to connect you into your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Energetic,
And spiritual body.
This will allow you to access rest,
Relaxation,
De-stress,
And to come into your highest well-being.
To start out,
I want you to find a comfortable place to lay down,
Taking your time to make sure that there aren't any adjustments that you need.
Make sure that you're warm enough or cool enough.
Maybe you need to add a layer or take a layer off.
Maybe you need to loosen your ponytail.
So just taking time to land in your space.
Maybe roll around or wiggle around to find comfort.
Closing your eyes.
Maybe taking one big inhale and a big exhale.
Doing that a couple more times if it feels correct.
Allowing yourself to land in this moment exactly as you are.
Allowing all parts of yourself to arrive.
Remembering that there's no part of yourself that is not welcome here.
Start by scanning your physical body.
Just noticing if there's any place on your body that is speaking to you.
Any sensation of pain,
Pleasure,
Tingling.
And allowing yourself to be in observation without judgment.
Remembering to not go into a story about why your hips might feel tight or why you may be feeling something.
Can you just scan and observe as though gathering information.
We're going to take our focus to the outer edge of our body where the outer layer of our skin meets the air around us.
Just noticing where your skin and the air touches and allowing your body to swell into the space around you.
Allowing yourself to take up as much room as you need.
Again,
Expanding for yourself because there's no need to play small right now.
There's enough room for all of you to be here.
The messy parts,
The shameful parts,
The confusing parts,
Or the painful parts.
As well as the beautiful parts.
And once you've expanded into the space around you,
Taking a moment to expand just a little bit more.
And once you've done that,
We're going to then go into the space beyond our physical form,
Into our energetic field.
And envisioning a beautiful breeze coming in and sweeping that space around you.
Clearing out any debris,
Any stagnation,
Anything you don't need.
Maybe even taking another big breath.
This new space now allows room for your guides to come in,
Your team to come in,
And light to come in.
Whatever that's meant to look like for you.
You may even say out louder in your head,
I am the light.
I came from the light.
Take your focus to the top of your head as you envision light beginning to pour in from the top of your head.
You may find that your eyes want to wince at the brightness of this beautiful light.
Calling in a sense of remembrance that your soul came from this light.
Your soul was created by light particles coming together.
Very similar to how it's a nuclear process.
And you chose to incarnate into this body,
And this time in history,
To have a human experience.
Allowing yourself to continue filling with light until you notice that it is overflowing out of your body,
Out of your being,
Out of all parts of yourself.
Beautiful.
Next we're going to go to our mental body,
Our mind.
This is a part of us that loves to use logic and rationale.
We like to know.
But right now,
You don't have to think.
And there's no thought.
It is in the unknown where there is so much information,
A vastness of information beyond what we hold in the confines of our brain.
So we're going to take our focus to the back of our head.
And you'll notice there's a little door there.
Opening up that little door,
Allowing the contents of your mind to filter out like sand through an hourglass.
Out the back of your head,
Through your pillow,
Through the couch,
Floor,
Bed that you're laying on.
Through the floor of your building,
All the layers of the foundation of your building.
Right into the arms of Mother Earth,
Gaia.
This beautiful energy that provides you with everything you need to be alive.
Air,
Food,
Shelter,
Water.
Know that any thoughts or anything that you feel that you need to remember will be beautifully held for you until the end of this meditation.
And next we're going to scan our emotional body.
This is the part of us that was created to feel.
Remembering that there's no such thing as a wrong emotion.
Just scanning and noticing if there's any emotion that is present right now.
Is there anything that wants to be expressed?
When I scan my emotional body,
I usually open the door and I see what's outside.
Oh hello shame.
You can come in and be with me right now.
I don't really want to talk about it or unpack too much,
But I understand that you're part of me and you're welcome to be here with me right now in coexistence.
Allowing yourself to continue to scan.
Maybe even asking the question,
Is there anything I meant to know or feel right now?
Is there any part of me that has something to tell me?
Continuing to hold yourself,
Stay in that beautiful divine light.
Next we're going to scan our spiritual body.
This is a part of you that's a witness to it all.
The part of you that's here right now in this human experience.
In this vessel of your physical body that carries you and allows you to travel on the earth in a human experience.
The part of you that will one day leave this vessel and go back to the source from which you came.
Remembering that you came from the light.
You came from source and you co-created yourself in your mother's womb with source,
With the divine intelligence of something beyond yourself.
Can you feel a sense of safety in remembering that you are divinely held,
You are divinely guided,
And you are divinely connected to God,
Source,
Creator,
Creation itself.
Allow yourself to rest easy.
How present can you be with yourself right now?
You may even say in your head,
I'll never leave you.
There's nothing you could do that would stop me from loving you.
I invite you to stay in this energy and allow yourself to rest in the divine light that is holding you now.
May you have everything you've ever desired.
You deserve to have the ease,
The life,
And the joy.
