Right now,

You don't need to solve anything.

You don't need to fix your bank account.

And you don't need to hustle harder.

This is a moment to pause,

To shift,

To come back into alignment,

Not with the chase,

But with the truth.

Money isn't meant to be chased.

And I'm not speaking this at you,

I'm healing this too.

As you listen,

Just know that I'm right here beside you,

Breathing through the same fears,

Releasing the same grip,

And letting go of the same pressure.

Just for now,

Let's stop trying.

Let's let the nervous system relax and let's create space for something new.

And remember,

The truth is,

So let's shift the energy in your body for a moment.

When you think of money,

What emotions show up first?

Is it anxiety,

Scarcity,

Pressure,

Shame?

Is it urgency,

Fear of not having enough?

Or maybe fear of having too much and not knowing what to do with it?

Just notice what emotions come up when you think of money.

Now,

Ask yourself quietly,

Maybe in your head,

Or if you want to whisper,

Where did I learn that I had to chase it?

Where did I learn that I had to chase money?

Who taught you that money only comes when you're stressed,

When you're performing,

Working hard,

Exhausting yourself,

When you're pushing?

Where did you learn that you had to chase money?

Whose story are you still carrying?

Is it your own?

Your parents?

A role model?

A podcast?

A book?

Now,

You didn't fail.

You inherited a system that made you feel like you were never doing enough.

I'll say that again.

Using tapping.

It's a technique that works with the body's meridian points to calm the nervous system,

Rewire limiting beliefs,

And help truth settle in where fear used to live.

We'll tap gently with the fingertips on each point,

Repeating affirmations together.

And you can either follow along or just listen and feel.

So we'll start by gently tapping the side of your hand,

And you can do this with both hands or one.
