Wisdom isn't something you chase- it's something you receive when you slow down and listen. This meditation is an invitation to open yourself to guidance. whether from within, from life's experiences, or something greater than yourself. Through breath, visualization, and reflection, you'll create space for opening up to clarity, insight, and deeper understanding. The answers you seek may already be within you- let's quiet the noise and listen.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Find a position where your body feels supported,

Whether you're sitting up tall or lying down with your arms resting naturally at your sides.

Close your eyes if that feels safe or simply soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale.

Settle in.

Today we're going to explore wisdom.

Wisdom is more than just knowledge or information.

It's not about knowing all the answers or having everything figured out.

Wisdom is deeper.

It's that quiet voice inside you,

The one that knows the truth even when the world feels confusing.

Wisdom often comes not from thinking harder,

But from listening deeper.

It can show up as a feeling,

A gentle nudge,

Or a sudden clarity in a quiet moment.

Sometimes,

Wisdom is found in the stillness,

In those moments when we finally allow ourselves to pause and receive.

This meditation is an opportunity to open yourself to that wisdom,

To let go of searching,

Of forcing,

And instead to simply listen.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling your body with space,

And exhale,

Letting go of anything heavy,

Anything distracting.

Let's begin.

To create space for wisdom,

Let's start with a gentle breathing technique.

Okay,

So we'll use 4-7-8 breathing.

It's a practice that calms the mind and opens the heart to receive guidance.

You'll breathe in through your nose for four seconds,

Hold for seven seconds,

And then exhale through your mouth for eight seconds.

Make sure you do the eight seconds slowly.

So you don't run out of breath.

Alright,

Let's do this together.

Inhale through your nose,

2-3-4,

Hold for 2-3-4-5-6-7,

Exhale 2-3-4-5-6-7-8.

Again,

Inhale for 4-3-2-1,

Hold for 7-6-5-4-3-2-1,

Exhale 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Breathing normally with each breath,

Just imagine creating more space inside you.

A soft open space,

Just ready to receive whatever wisdom is meant for you today.

One more deep breath in,

And exhale fully.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a quiet forest.

The air is cool,

The light soft.

There's a path in front of you,

Winding gently through the trees.

Begin to walk.

With each step,

Feel yourself moving closer and closer to a place of understanding and peace.

After a few steps,

You notice a large ancient tree ahead.

It's unlike any tree you've ever seen.

Its roots twist deeply into the earth,

Its branches stretch high into the sky.

There's a sense of age,

Of presence,

Of wisdom.

Now step closer.

Run your fingers along its rough bark.

Feel its strength.

Now gently sit at its base.

Let your back rest against its trunk and feel its support.

Imagine that this tree holds wisdom,

Not just from its own life,

But from the wisdom of others.

From all the lives it has witnessed and all the seasons it has seen.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Imagine your roots intertwining with the trees,

Connecting you to wisdom beyond yourself.

Allow yourself to ask a question or simply remain open to whatever guidance might come.

What do you need to know right now?

What insight might help you move forward?

What truth have you been too busy to hear?

Don't force an answer.

Just listen.

Maybe a word,

An image,

Or a feeling rises within you.

Maybe it's just a sense of calm and knowing.

Trust whatever arises.

If nothing comes,

That's okay too.

Wisdom often arrives in its own time.

So just sit here,

Breathing,

Receiving.

What do you hear?

What do you see?

What do you understand in this moment?

Gently place your hand over your heart and ask yourself,

How can I bring this sense of wisdom into my daily life?

Can I take a moment each day to pause and listen?

Can I trust my gut feelings even when they don't make logical sense?

Can I give myself the space to not have all the answers and still feel at peace?

Sit here with yourself.

Open your heart.

Open your ears.

Open your mind.

Open your heart.

Open your ears.

Open your mind.

Open your heart.

As you smile,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale,

Letting these questions settle into your heart.

What do you need to know right now?

What insight might help you move forward?

And what truth have you been too busy to hear?

Breathe into your heart.

Sit here with yourself.

Full of love.

Ready to receive.

You are open to receive.

It's okay.

It's okay.

For the next two minutes,

I want you to sit here,

Feel,

Understand,

And listen.

Be open to receive.

Open your heart.

Open your mind.

And just trust,

Trust whatever arises.

Just listen.

Know that wisdom is not a destination.

It's a journey.

It might sound cliche,

But it is a journey.

It's not a destination.

It's about staying open.

Staying curious.

And just trusting that the answers you need will come when you are ready to receive them.

When you're ready to receive them.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers.

Your toes.

Roll your shoulders.

You might wiggle your whole body,

If that feels good.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Steady,

Real,

And grounding.

You don't have to rush back into the world,

Okay?

Take your time.

Remember,

You can return to this quiet space whenever you need it.

Wisdom is always here.

She's waiting for you to listen.

Take one last deep breath in.

Open your heart.

And exhale fully,

Letting the love spread through your body.

Feel it spread through every inch of your skin,

Of your cells.

They're all at a higher frequency,

Ready to receive,

Ready to love,

Ready to accept your inner knowing.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Notice your environment.

How safe you are.

How held you are.

I hope you feel more open than you did before you stepped into this practice.

Ready to receive,

And ready to love,

With no boundaries,

With no judgment.

Ready to receive wisdom.

As you go throughout your day,

Or your night,

Whatever time of the day you're listening to this,

Just keep being you.

Stay present,

And stay humble.

Thank you.

Thank you.
