Welcome,
I invite you to find a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably,
Undisturbed.
Allow yourself to settle into a peaceful position with your body fully supported by the ground beneath you.
For this practice,
Know that you are safe.
Close your eyes and begin to take a deep breath in.
And as you slowly breathe out,
Let go of any tension in your body.
Allow your breath to become smooth,
Even and effortless.
Feel the rhythm of your breath as it naturally flows in and out.
Now gently set an intention,
A simple affirmation,
To guide you through this practice.
This intention is something that speaks to your heart,
A statement that will nurture your inner strength and confidence.
It could be something like,
I am worthy,
Or I trust in myself.
Repeat this intention silently in your mind with deep faith.
Let it resonate within you.
Let's prepare to skin your body.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your body.
Slowly,
With full attention,
Bring awareness to your right hand.
Feel the fingertips,
The palm,
The back of your hand.
Sense any warmth or tingling.
Relax your hand fully,
Letting go of any tightness.
Now bring your awareness to your right wrist.
Feel the sensation there and release all tension.
Move your awareness up to your elbow,
Your upper arm,
And your shoulder.
Let go completely,
Allowing the weight of your arm to sink into the ground.
Shift your awareness now to your left hand.
Feel the fingers,
The palm,
And the back of the hand.
Let it soften and relax.
Move up to the left wrist,
The elbow,
The shoulder.
Release the muscles completely.
Now bring your attention to both of your arms as a whole.
Feel them heavy,
Grounded,
And relaxed.
Shift your awareness to your legs now.
Begin with the right leg.
Focus on the toes,
The arch,
The knee,
And the thigh.
As you breathe,
Release any tension in each area.
Let your leg feel like it is melting into the earth beneath you.
Guide your awareness to the left leg.
Focusing on the left toes,
The arch of your foot,
The ankle,
The calf,
The knee,
The thigh.
Slowly let your leg soften and relax completely.
Now feel both of your legs together.
They are strong,
Yet soft.
Rooted deeply into the earth.
Allow them to rest in this stillness.
Transition your awareness to your back now.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
Release the tension in your lower back,
Your middle back,
And upper back.
Allowing each vertebra to relax,
Each muscle melting.
Focus now on your neck and shoulders.
Release any tightness there.
Let your neck feel long,
Your shoulders open and free.
Now soften your face.
Relax your jaw.
Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Soften your cheeks.
Widen your forehead.
Let the muscles of your face soften,
Releasing any unnecessary tension.
Inhale,
And as you exhale,
Feel your entire body relaxed,
Calm,
Heavy,
And at ease.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your abdomen with each inhale and exhale.
Feel the coolness of the air as you inhale,
And the warmth as you exhale.
With each breath,
You become more grounded in the present moment,
More relaxed.
Now imagine your breath as a wave,
Gently flowing in and out.
Carrying away any remnants of doubt or fear.
Let each breath strengthen your connection to self,
To your core,
To your own infinite power.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a vast and ancient forest.
The trees around you are towering giants,
Strong,
Rooted deep into the earth and reaching for the sky.
The air is fresh,
Filled with the scent of pine and earth,
And a gentle breeze rustles the leaves above you.
You stand tall in the midst of this peaceful yet powerful place.
Feel your feet connecting firmly to the ground,
Perhaps embedded in clay or tickled by grass.
Like the roots of these trees,
Allow yourself to be steady and secure.
As you take a breath,
Imagine you are absorbing the energy of these trees,
Grounded and unshakable.
With each breath,
You feel more stable,
More sure of yourself,
And stronger in your own skin.
Now visualize a radiant light within your chest,
