Feel that wave move down your face,
Relaxing your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw.
Let go of any tension in your neck and shoulders.

Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
Feel your chest and heart open up.

And flow all the way down your belly,

And your legs.

Now with your body relaxed and your mind calm,
Take a moment to picture a beautiful,
Peaceful place.
It might be a meadow,
A quiet forest,
Or a calm beach.
Anywhere that feels safe and nurturing for you.
Imagine yourself walking through this beautiful place,
Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin,
The soft breeze brushing against your face,
And the gentle sounds of nature surrounding you.
You feel completely safe here.
As you walk,
You notice a small figure in the distance.
As you approach,
You see that it's a younger version of you,
Your inner child.
This child may look like you did when you were young,
Or it may appear in a way that represents the essence of who you were back then.
Notice how this younger version of you looks.
Are they smiling,
Curious,
Or perhaps sad?
Don't rush to change anything.
Just let yourself observe.
Walk over to your inner child and kneel down to their level.
Gently offer your hand or sit beside them.
Let them know that you are here for them,
That they are safe,
And that you love them unconditionally.
Say to your inner child,
