For this practice you can take your favourite yoga blocks or blanket or if you prefer just use a cushion to sit on.
So when you're ready please join me on your cushion or the floor in simple cross legs.
Inhale deeply and fully and place your palms on your knees facing up.
As you exhale,
Flutter your eyelids closed.
Inhale fully,
Fill your chest with breath.
As you exhale let everything go.
Inhale fully,
Deeply.
As you exhale,
Release your eyes,
Cheeks,
Tongue and jaw.
Inhale into your side ribs.
As you exhale,
Release the throat,
Chest and shoulders.
Inhale fully and deeply into your body.
Exhale,
Drop into your heart space.
Feel what's there.
Just let it be.
On your next exhalation,
We'll take Child's Pose.
So sit back on your heels.
Extend your arms out long and slowly lower your head to the ground.
Let your heart rest As you inhale,
Breathe deeply and fully into your back ribs.
Exhale release your breath at your own pace.
Breathe at your own pace for three breaths.
On your next exhalation,
We'll take Cat-Cow.
So come on up to all fours.
Tilt your chin up,
Roll your shoulders back and down and arch your spine,
Lifting your heart up to the sky.
As you exhale,
Release your neck,
Tuck your chin into your chest and curve your spine in.
Inhale,
Lift up again,
Tilting your chin up,
Rolling your shoulders back and down,
Arching your spine,
Lifting your heart up to the sky.
As you exhale,
Release your neck,
Tuck your chin into your chest and curve your spine up.
You can repeat at your own pace three times.
Listen for your heartbeat.
On your next exhalation,
Come to a neutral spine.
And we'll take dragon.
So bring your right foot forward to your outer right wrist.
If possible,
Tiptoe your right toes forward a few inches if they can go beyond your fingertips.
Keep your torso forward and lean with your hips.
You'll feel a stretch on your front left hip and thigh.
Inhale 1 2 3 4 Exhale 1 2 3 4 5 Inhale,
Bring your palms to your right thigh.
Lift your chin and chest and heart up to the vastness of the sky.
Receive it.
Breathe here at your own pace On your next exhalation,
Slowly return your palms to the ground.
Release your right leg back so you're in all fours again and bring your left foot forward to your left wrist.
And if possible,
Tiptoe your left toes forward beyond your fingertips.
Round your left foot into the ground and place your palms on your left thigh.
Lean your hips forward.
Feel the opening on your right hip and stretch on your right thigh.
Lift your chin,
Chest and heart to the abundance of the sky.
Receiver.

Take a deep inhale,
Filling your ribs and lungs with breath.
And as you exhale,
Turning your heart up to the sky,
Let everything go.
And breathe at your own pace.
On your next exhalation,
Return your palms to the ground.
And bring your left leg back to all fours will come to Child's Pose.
In your own time,
Rest your heart down on your legs,
Extending your arms forward and slowly resting your forehead down.
Can take a few breaths here at your own pace.
On your next exhalation,
Slowly roll onto your back.
Inhale deeply.
As you exhale,
Hug your knees into your chest Give them a lovely tight squeeze.
Place your left foot on the floor and extend your right leg away.
You can shuffle your hips to the left Then drop your knee over to the right.
Lightly hold your knee with your right palm.
Extend your left arm out to where it's comfortable,
Shoulder height or lower Look to your left.
Open your heart to tenderness as you breathe slowly steadily.
Feel your heartbeat.

Breathe at your own pace.
Inhale deeply,
Fully.
Slowly.
As you exhale,
Return your palms to your sides,
Release and extend your left knee and leg.
Take a hold of your right knee.
Shuffle your hips to the right.
And drop your knee to the left.
You can lightly hold it with your left palm.
Extend your right arm out to where it's comfortable and look to your right.
Here with every breath drop into your heartbeat your vastness your abundance your tenderness.
Let yourself be as you breathe fully and deeply at your own pace.
Inhale fully,
Slowly,
Deeply.
In your next exhalation,
Return your palms to your sides,
Release your leg and your neck and we'll take Shavasana.
Inhale into your heart and as you exhale.
Let everything go Now fully,
Slowly,
Deeply.
As you exhale roll onto your right side.
Using your left palm you can sit yourself up.
And join me in simple cross legs.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Place both palms on your heart.
Inhale into your chest.
Exhale,
Bring your palms to your forehead.
In and out fully,
Slowly,
Deeply.
Exhale,
Bring your palms to cover your eyes.
Inhale fully,
Slowly,
Deeply.
Exhale,
Bring your palms to hold your cheeks with tenderness.
Inhale slowly,
Fully,
Deeply.
Exhale,
Release your palms to your thighs.
And softly flutter open your eyes.
