I welcome to Yin to release tension from the glutes and shoulders.
Please join me on the ground in simple cross legs.
Place your hands on your thighs with your palms facing upwards towards the ceiling.
On your next exhalation,
Slowly flutter your eyelids closed,
Relaxing your eyeballs in their eye sockets.
Inhale slowly,
Deeply,
Fully.
And exhale slowly,
Deeply,
Fully.
Inhale.
Feeling your lungs,
Your ribs your back.
With air.
And exhale letting everything go.
Inhale,
Filling your whole body with breath.
On your next exhalation,
Place your palms on the ground in front of your crossed legs.
Gently push your weight back into your glute.
Breathe slowly,
Fully,
Deeply.
On your next exhalation,
Lower your body down to your forearms.
If that's not comfortable,
Please stay on your palms.
You can simply bend your elbows but keep your weight back in your glutes.
In free learning.
And exhaling,
Relaxing your shoulders.
On your next exhalation,
Slowly,
Gently raise yourself up to upright.
Placing your palms on either side of your waist you can change the cross of your legs.
On your next exhalation,
Place your palms down in front of your crossed legs and push your weight back into your glutes.
Where do you feel released?
Inhaling slowly,
Deeply,
Fully.
Exhaling letting everything go.
On your next exhalation,
Raise your body to upright.
Place your palms facing up towards the sky on your thighs.
Breathing slowly,
Fully.
Steadily.
On your next exhalation change the cross of your legs.
And bring the back of your left hand to your outer right thigh.
You can use your right hand behind you for support as you turn your sternum So it's in alignment with your right knee.
Lower your shoulders back and down.
Breathing in,
Filling your lungs,
Your chest,
Your ribcage with breath.
And exhale in.
Letting everything be as it is.
On your next exhalation,
Release your left hand from your right thigh and slowly turn to place it behind you,
Bringing the back of your right hand to your outer left thigh.
Turning so your sternum is in alignment with your left knee.
Roll your shoulders up,
Back and down.
Inhaling,
Filling your lungs,
Ribs and chest with breath.
Like sailing,
Let everything go.
On your next exhalation.
Return yourself to centre.
Gently placing one palm on your heart.
And softly placing the other on your belly.
Feel your breath as it enters your blessed body.
Allow yourself to feel your heartbeat.
You are here you are home Gently press your palms into your body.
Before releasing them to your sides on the ground.
When you're ready Gently flutter your eyelids open.
Allow yourself to adjust to your space.
Extend your legs out in front of you.
Stretch your heels and the balls of your feet away.
You can separate your toes,
Giving them a stretch.
And just slip them along.
That's all for today.
Thank you for being here.
Take care,
Bye.
