When you're ready slowly awaken your body roll onto your front slowly using your palms for support Come to all fours.
Release your hips back so you can sit on your heels.
We'll take a wide child's pose.
Your knees sit wide to the corners of your mat Push your palms firmly into the ground.
On an exhale,
Slide forward until your head softly touches the ground.
You can place your cushion under your forehead if you like.
Bring your attention to your inhale.
Feel the air entering your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Inhale 1 2 3 4 5 and exhale 1 2 3 4 5 6.
Inhale 1 2 3 4 5 and exhale 1 2 3 4 5 6 breathe at your own pace.
Finally we'll take a shavasana come up to all fours.
You can place a cushion ready for the back of your head and two other cushions for under your knees when you're all set up.
Slowly lie yourself on your back,
Head on your cushion.
