Only rest.
Please find a comfy position.
Either laying on your back or side.
Cuddled against a pillow or person.
And allow for the softness of your blankets or pajamas to rest against your skin.
Let's take a nice,
Long breath in.
Just to center ourselves here in this moment now.
When you feel ready.
Exhale from the mouth.
And when you feel ready.
Exhale.
If you haven't already.
Please feel free to close your eyes,
But you don't have to.
You can simply stare at the ceiling or any point in the room.
Do whatever feels good to you in this moment.
Another soft inhale.
As we slowly start to bring our attention inwards.
Exhale whenever you feel ready.
Feel the softness surrounding you.
Holding you.
Supporting you.
As you think deeper.
Into the warmth of your bed.
And if you like.
Let's take one last breath in through the nose.
Holding at the top if you can.
And exhaling whenever you feel ready.

Follow it along the entire edge of your whole body.
Tracing all the way up from your ankles.
Up your legs,

Along the side of your body.

And then a big exhale out.
Continue to feel the softness that surrounds you.

Your whole body is cradled in the soft,
Cloud-like pillows.
Your whole body eases.
Your shoulders drop.
Fists and jaw are unclenched.
Your tongue.
Has dropped from the roof of your mouth.
And you feel soft.
And sleepy.
Allow yourself to enjoy these feelings here.
