Hi everyone and welcome to this wonderful breathing exercise.

So let's vibrate all the cells of our body with this sound.

So when you are doing this exercise,

Feel the vibration from the throat up to your pelvic floor.

Feel it and connect with it.

So let's start.

Find a comfortable position,

Back straight.

Release your shoulders,

Hands on your knees,

Palm facing up.

Chin a little bit up.

Inhale and exhale.

Let your body relax in this new energy,

This new vibration and relax.

And slowly,

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and see you at the next video.
