Dear friends,

This poem called Arriving is from a meditation practice that begins with an arriving sequence of body awareness.

Arriving,

I turn in,

Yet I only scratch the surface.

I hear the music singing from the trees and absorb into silence.

I am all this that I see,

Hear,

Touch,

Taste,

And smell,

Yet I am more than all my senses can feel.

I am emptiness,

Yet have the resounding yes within me.

I am truth,

Living here forever,

Waiting to open.

I am nothing,

Arriving into everything,

And everything arriving into nothing.

Beautiful, beautiful and concise. It says so much in so few words. Friends if you hear this poem listen to Yvonne Hofstetter’s reading of it. It’s interesting to compare and contrast the two. Thank you very much Candace.
