At times, when allow life in with all its fullness and wonder, I am blessed to understand the magnificence we are graced with. I open to what we each have within—in the best versions of ourselves. May self-awareness and illumination be our guide.

Dear friends, I hope you enjoy the poem I'm going to share with you this morning that's called Allow. Allow the birds to wake me from my slumber. Allow the sun to fill the sky with wonder. Allow my thoughts to rest in quiet stillness. Allow my breath to rise and fall in its fullness. Allow life to fill me with grace that's always present. Allow me to know the perfection in every moment. Allow me to understand the unity in all creation. Allow me to see clearly and speak with kindness. Allow me to dance in harmony with life's music. Allow my heart to open without any limitation. Allow love to fill my awareness with its illumination.
