Place your feet on the ground,

Feel your connection to Mother Earth.

Place your hands on your heart,

Feel your connection to light,

And deepen your breath.

With each slow,

Long,

Expansive inhale,

And with each slow,

Grounding exhale,

You are reminded,

Reminded that between stimulus and response,

There is a space,

And in that space lies our power,

Our power to choose,

Our response,

And in that response lies our growth,

And through that growth,

We find our freedom.
