No fixing,
No trying.
Just being with them.
If it feels natural,
You can sit beside them.
Or maybe in front of them.
And just be there.
You might notice their face.
And maybe your eyes meet.
No words.
Just awareness.
And see what happens when you don't look away.
Maybe something softens.
Maybe there is a small shift.
If it feels right,
You can gently hold them.
Or place a hand somewhere that feels natural.
And just stay.
In this moment,
Just notice what it feels like to not leave.
To stay.
And maybe,
Without needing to think about it,
Something becomes clear.
That what was missing feels different now.
Because you are here.
Stay here for a few moments.
No guidance.
Just you and this connection.
When you feel ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back.
Back to your body.
And just notice that you can return to this anytime.
You don't need to force this process.
