Finding yourself in a comfortable quiet space seated or lying down gently closing down the eyes starting to focus in on your breath not changing anything just noticing notice your breath's rhythm connecting consciously to this life force energy as you breathe allow any distractions to just melt away I invite you now to start to bring to the mind's eye all of your old patterns programming self-limiting beliefs and conditioning start to assemble them as you start to view your old self take a deep inhale here exhale picture your old self standing before you notice how this makes you feel breathe deeply inhale exhale inhale exhale allowing whatever is arising in your being allow it to take up space and remind yourself I am safe I am safe to feel all that I need to feel I invite you now to place one hand on your heart space and envision your other hand on the heart of your old self that's standing before you continue to breathe sound and express any emotion that wants to be expressed as you stand here or sit here with your old self before you start to bring a color to the mind's eye whatever color this is for you it's perfect watch this light as it grows in your heart space breathing into your heart and watch this light now as it flows from your heart space into the heart space of your old self breathe in breathe out feel the love in your heart and allow this love to flow into the heart of your old self offer forgiveness compassion empathy and gratitude to the person you once were and if it feels good you can say this in your mind or out loud as if you were speaking to this old version of you thank you I love you I forgive you you did the best that you could I let you go now as I make room for my higher self thank you I love you I forgive you you did the best that you could I let you go now as I make room for my higher self reach out and hug this version of you just for a moment keep repeating that phrase as you hold your old self thank you I love you I forgive you you did the best that you could I let you go now as I make room for my higher self as you continue to breathe allow yourself now to let your your old self drift away from your mind's eye continue to breathe continue to feel sound move express any way that your body wants to as you let this part of you go start to envision your new authentic empowered liberated self entering your being now she has been in you all along you've rediscovered and reclaimed your truest self inhale exhale take a moment now to breathe her in as you do this envision how you are going to show up and what life looks and feels like for you now soak this power in now taking three final nourishing breaths here in through the nose out through the mouth in through the nose nice and long with the exhale final breath here in through the nose out through the mouth I invite you to sit in stillness for as long as you desire beautiful one you have landed
