Peaceful Sunset Sail In The Tropics

This recording was made while sailing on a Dhow boat to the island of Zanzibar at sunset. It was the captain of the boat who told me that the gentle rolling waves upon the sides of the boat, combined with the sounds of the gentle winds upon the single sail, lulling one to a deeper sense of relaxation. The aqua blue and green colors of the waters around Zanzibar are beyond description. This, combined with the orange and pink clouds at sunset, creates the perfect alchemy for a peaceful, relaxing, and deep sleep.
