Let the exhale extend long and feel yourself grounded and landed right where you are.

Letting thoughts drift away like floating clouds.
Let the stillness settle into your body.
Your mind,
Each energy center from the root of your body with the pelvic floor to the top of your head at the ground.
Allow your shoulders to melt down,
To open and receive.
Receive the care and love coming through the sounds in this meditation.
Now listen and receive each frequency with willingness and openness.
Create a full inhale,
A long extended exhale.
Start to come back to the awareness of your body through a head nod,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
And now let out a gentle hum to ground yourself.
