Healing.
To heal the world,
We must heal ourselves.
Judaism we say Tikkun Olam.
We are healing the world.
We are making whole to ourselves,
Restoring our health,
Mending events hard to forget.
To bring back to purity.
To return to integrity.
Many of the greatest taboos in humanity revolve around healing our sexual wounds.
Most sexual energy is locked in the root of our bodies,
In the pelvic region,
Where shame restricts our freedom.
Our self-expression,
Our awakening.
Where guilt plagues us from stories of before.
Frustration and negative emotions that block the nature of our spirit and mind.
To love.
In a unified way with God and God in others.
I believe there are three phases to sexual healing.
There is the coaching process,
The body work.
And finally,
Exercises in arousal.
Sexual healing can support the release of store trauma.
It can restore normal sexual functions.
Release unhealthy guilt and shame.
Ultimately,
Sexual healing can build self-esteem,
Awaken unconditional love,
And open the portals for spiritual maturity and wholeness.
As we individually heal our issues.
We do so for all of humanity.
This is Tikkun Olam.
In Kabbalah,
We understand sexuality as a means to receive.
As a means for expansion.
In fact,
Kabbalah means to receive.
The Torah has placed an emphasis on women.
To highlight the rectification.
Of the collective feminine in the universe.
To highlight the rectification means that it is upon us women.
To support the Universe.
In a collective fashion by exhibiting our feminine ability to receive and to expand our own personal universe.
Like Sarah,
Rivka,
Rachel,
Leah,
Hagar.
And many others before us.
A Judaic approach.
To healing sexual energy begins at home.
So wherever you are in your life right now,
Please make yourself at home.
And comfortable.
To receive this.
Guided imagery gift.
Imagine you are going back into time at a place before your birth.
You were formless.
There was no thought.
There was no meaning.
There was an empty,
Clean,
Open space.
That space was warm.
That space was filled with nutrients.
That space would feed you and hold you safe.
For nine months.
You are.
In the womb of your mother.
You feel her voice,
Her vibration.
On a moment by moment basis.
Each and every breath.
She took.
You are taking.
The universe is safe and supporting you.
God has gifted you life.
Your body.
Waiting.
Waiting to learn the lessons of your soul in this life.
Once upon a time,
Your birthday.
Arise.
Here you are.
In a new reality.
Pure.
Unconditionally receiving expansion at every turn.
On every breath.
For every season.
As you grow.
Into.
The person that you are right now.
Throughout your life,
You take messages.
Those messages were shared by your teachers.
Those teachers shared their teachings.
They shared what they needed to learn themselves.
Greatest gift you can give yourself right now.
The awareness.
And your teachings are different than what you learned.
Your teachings are unfolding.
In your body,
In the stored energy from your life.
The functions of your sexuality.
Healthy or not.
Awakening.
Awaits you.
Breathe.
Breathe into the vision.
Of your spiritual maturity.
Step into a place.
You know you're supported.
Loud.
The holding.
Of others before you.
Bring you.
Thank you.
The universe.
Of healing.
Collected.
Each breath.
Bring into your body.
Bring into your legs.
Side your legs.
Travel right up into yours.
Sacred region.
Or sexual energy.
Breathe knowing there is love ultimately there.
There is God there.
The magnificent body created for you.
For the purpose.
Procreation.
Of recreation.
Of godly experiences.
Breathe into your belly.
Element of commitment.
Too.
Focusing on that which brings you closer to your soul,
Closer to life.
Closer to God.
Breathe into your heart.

The energy of the essence that makes up your divine blueprint.
Allow that energy to flow.
Into your voice box.
Into your neck,
Your mouth,
Your jaw,
Your teeth,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your ears.
All the way to the back of your throat.
Where the tongue meets the heart.
Full expression.
Who you are.
And onward into the realms of the heavenly Shekhinah and godliness.
Around you,
Surrounds you,
The bubble of golden light.
Providing you that protective space to gift you Tikkun Allah.
To bring you safe.
To see.
That all that there is for you to do now is to heal.
To make whole.
To restore to health.
To mend events hard to forget.
To bring purity.
And return to integrity.
