Welcome to this Kabbalah meditation for the month of Gemini.
Known in the Hebrew calendar as Sivan.
In Kabbalistic wisdom,
Sivan is a month of revelation and receiving wisdom.
It reminds us that insight often arrives when we become quiet enough to listen.
The invitation of this month is to open your heart,
Mind,
And soul to the guidance that is already seeking you.
Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in and a slower breath out.
Again,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Imagine yourself sitting beneath a great tree.
Its roots reach deep into the earth.
Its branches stretch toward the sky.
The tree stands between heaven and earth,
Receiving nourishment from below.
And light from above.
Feel the support of the Earth beneath you.
Feel yourself settling into this moment.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice the stillness that exists beneath the movement of your thoughts.
In Sigan,
We are reminded that wisdom is always available.
The question is not whether guidance exists.
The question is whether we are willing to receive it.
Ask yourself,
What am I ready to learn?
What wisdom is seeking to emerge.
Where is life inviting me to listen more deeply?
There is no need to force an answer.
Simply listen.
Imagine a gentle stream of light flowing through the branches of the tree and into your heart.
Feel yourself opening to clarity,
Understanding and insight.
Allow yourself to receive without striving.
Allow yourself to listen without needing immediate answers.
Take a slow breath in and silently repeat.
I am open to wisdom.
As you breathe out,
I trust the guidance unfolding within me.
Again,
I open to wisdom.
I trust the guidance unfolding within me.
Feel the roots beneath you.
Feel the branches above you.
Feel yourself connected to the wisdom of the earth,
The sky,
And your own soul.
Take one final deep breath.
Offer gratitude for the guidance you have received and for the wisdom that continues to reveal itself in its own time.
When you are ready,
Gently return your awareness to the room and slowly open your eyes.
May this month of Sivan deepen your understanding,
Strengthen your connection to inner wisdom,
And remind you that revelation often arrives in moments of stillness.
Shalom.
