Close your eyes.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand gently on your belly.

Breathe slowly and deeply.

Feel the warmth rise beneath your palms.

With each inhale,

The flame grows brighter.

With each exhale,

It flows further through your chest,

Through your belly,

Into your hips and thighs.

This is the flame of sensuality,

Alive,

Flowing and safe within you.

Notice the tingling in your skin,

The pulse in your body,

The pleasure of breath moving in and out.

Now sense this flame rising upward through your chest,

Your throat,

Your face,

Illuminating your eyes,

Softening your lips.

Allow the flame to expand into your aura,

Golden,

Shimmering,

Alive.

It surrounds you,

Circling from low to high,

From within to beyond.

This is the flame of the sensual heart and body,

Alive,

Radiant,

Flowing in safety and peace.

Whisper softly within,

I am love.

I am flame.

I am whole.
