Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop,
Let the day fall away.
Feel yourself arriving,
Fully,
Quietly,
In your own body.
Notice the rhythm of your breath,
The weight of your heart resting behind it.
With each inhale,
Invite calm.
With each exhale,
Release whatever keeps you guarded or tense.
Now bring to mind someone you love,
A partner,
A child,
A parent,
Or perhaps yourself.
See them in your heart's eye,
Simply as they are,
Human,
Learning,
Imperfect,
Beautiful.
Breathe into the space between you.
Imagine that your breath carries understanding,
A bridge of quiet compassion.
Whisper silently inside yourself,
I see you,
I forgive you,
I choose love again.
Notice how the body softens when you stop defending and start allowing.
This is the doorway to conscious love.
Not fixing,
Not proving,
Just being fully present with what is.
Now imagine a soft golden light expanding from your heart,
Flowing gently towards this person,
Blessing them,
Freeing you both.
Then,
Let that same light return to you,
Resting in your chest like a steady flame.
You are love's source,
Not its seeker.
You are the prayer and the answer.
Take one more deep breath in and exhale slowly,
Letting your awareness return to this moment.
Carry this feeling with you,
