Hello and welcome to the manifesting a love and soulmate connection meditation.
Take some time to get comfortable,
Find a position where your spine can be relaxed and yet aligned.
Perhaps you are sitting up in a chair,
Sitting on the floor,
Or laying down on your back.
Whichever position you choose,
Start to imagine your spine and vertebrae aligning.
Each vertebrae stacked on top of each other in perfect alignment,
And imagine ever so gently they start to stretch upward,
Your head growing in length up off of your shoulders.
Shoulders down and relaxed,
The belly button and low belly draw in ever so slightly.
Take a few moments to check in with your body.
And then I want you to start focusing in on your breath.
Taking smooth inhales in through your nose,
Exhaling out through your mouth.
Inhale in through your nose,
Gradually and smoothly.
Exhale out through your mouth.
Next inhale,
Inhale in through your nose,
Pulling energy up through your spine like a straw.
Holding it at the very top,
Filling your head with this energy.
Exhale,
Pushing it up out of the top of your head,
Creating a fountain of energy.
Inhale,
Pulling energy in up through your spine like a straw,
Pulling it up into your head,
Hold it at the very top.
Take another sip of air in.
Exhale,
Push this energy up out of the top of your head,
Creating an egg of energy around you.
Perhaps this energy that you have been pulling into your body is a specific color.
You can choose a color that feels regenerative and healing for your body.
As you focus on your breathing,
Pulling this energy in up through your spine,
Out of the top of your head.
Start to imagine your dream love.
Perhaps this is a lover or a romance,
And perhaps this is a true soulmate connection.
Whatever it is that you dream,
A lost friend or family member,
A lover or a future spouse,
I want you to imagine what it feels like to be with this person.
Feel your body relax.
Let your body be safe in the embrace of this person.
Imagine yourself laughing,
Playing,
Talking.
What kind of relationship do you seek and how does it feel in your body and in your heart?
Allow your body to feel this relationship.
As you are feeling these things,
Allow your heart to concentrate this feeling.
This feeling of safety,
This feeling of love,
This feeling of excitement.
In your mind's eye,
I want you to imagine that this energy from this future soulmate to be pulled out of your heart in the shape of a seed.
Plant this seed in the earth.
Almost immediately,
Watch this seed grow roots.
From this seed,
A plant will grow.
Very quickly,
It will grow into a young plant and mature into an adult plant.
Observe this plant.
This plant is the shared relationship with this connection.
What kind of plant is it?
What does it look like?
What does it smell like?
What does it feel like?
Allow this plant to be your scout.
Through this plant,
It is going to send energy waves through the earth to this person.
This love that you feel,
This connection that you feel to this person is being transfused through this plant and sending shockwaves through the earth.
Like roots,
This love is being sent directly to that person.
Whether this person is on the other side of the world or just a mile away from you,
All of this energy,
All of this love,
All of this connection is being sent directly to them through this plant that was grown from your love.
Take a deep inhale in.
Pull energy up through your spine.
Exhale,
Pushing it up out through the top of your head.
Feel this energy connecting between you and your person.
There is an invisible thread already connecting you.

Pull this shared energy in up through your spine,
Filling your whole body with this energy,
Holding it at the top.
Feel it pool in your heart.

Creating this fountain of love.

Pulling your soulmate's energy up through the earth,
Up through your spine,

Your heart is a compass,

Feel this invisible thread pulsing between you.

Focus back in on your breath.
As you are inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Start pulling this energy back in towards your body.
As you're pulling this shared energy with your person,
Imagine that it's all absorbing into you.
You are a magnet to this person.
You are a magnet to your soulmate.
You have connected with them through time and space,
And this magnet is supercharged and pulling them towards you.
Feel your heart alive.
